Here's my uncut, very embarrassing video of some recent swings. The first thing I noticed about myself is that I think my feet are too wide and my left foot is too far forward.
Any advice would be massively appreciated.
Look out for the shot when I nearly hit the next guy over with the ball – shocking 🤦🏻.

You are correct your stance is too wide to the point you are basically just swiveling around your spine. There will be some weight transfer thru the natural course of the swing. Also, as you noticed the ball should be at the front of your stance generally just inside your instep for the driver it looks like it is more like 3 or so inches more towards the middle of your stance.
Tbh, I hate these kinds of ranges, finding somewhere where you can use your own tees and nothing over your head is what my first move would be.
Then invest in some golf shoes, nothing fancy but something to help you keep your feet planted and some lessons!
Setup your driver to the ball in the air. The ball is in middle when you’re on the ground but once you swing your hit closer to the heel.
First, Paddy’s podcasts are great at walking you through everything. Second, find your athleticism. Take the driver, reverse the grip so that the handle is out. Swing it increasingly faster making the woosh just at and after the ball. You’re going to find it difficult to maintain your footing. Make is sing while maintaining your footing and you’ll be ready to let er rip. Then it’s a matter of fine tuning. But start with your athleticism using core and legs.
