The tower— like the left of the tower gives
you the right line, and then that—yeah, that gap. Like your middle is pretty much like the left
side of that gap, almost the edge of the bunker. Yeah, that’s the far bunker. And then
left is basically the edge of the—yeah, left edge is basically left edge of
that far bunker. Just what you see, right?
Yeah, good one.
Any chance that you guys would play short of that like little
cover there and hit like 280 off the tee? No.
Send it? No chance for us.
Yeah, we got to use our weapon. What’s up, guys? Are you—
Oh yeah. Thank you. Me too. Yeah, there’s—dude, there’s so many, like,
lines and blinds, and you know, getting, like, a tree back there and like—
Didn’t remember that we couldn’t see the flag stick from here.
Yeah, I can’t see it. I mean, perfect’s going to come down just left of that dead tree.
See that dead tree? Just left of the dead tree. Yeah, just left of the dead
tree. I think they’re still here. What do we got?
Covers 34. Pin is 38. We want it landing around that 38.
And you got plenty of room long. Playing a little bit of hurt on this angle or not really?
I mean, it’s not supposed to be, but that’s what it looks like to me.
It does. Especially with where you’re throwing it. You know, you’re throwing
it out here left and letting it get hit. Yeah. You’re going to start
it left and let it get hit. Yeah. I—I mean, and long’s fine. So
I’d rather play a little bit of hurt. Yeah. It’s 38. You said 38
is where you want to land? 38, yeah. Going to mid-40.
Yeah, I think anywhere 40 to 45 depending on your flight.
Yeah. It’s just stock 9, isn’t it? Yeah. And perfect, like I said, comes
down a little left of that dead tree. Are we good to go? Came up a little spinny,
so it might not be enough. It’s probably a little short there, isn’t it? Yeah, probably. It could be a
little right too. I couldn’t tell. It’s the right distance. Where is it?
Oh, right there. Oh yeah. Nice. Perfect.
Yeah, it didn’t get hurt. And shot link from the fairway is always going to give you
kind of a gauge towards the middle of the green. Are you always sort of hedging towards
right of it to have this putt from this side or it doesn’t really matter?
Yeah, I would agree. It’s probably right. Yeah.
Yeah, especially those, you want to be right of it. This
one, you can just—I would just stay aggressive. Stay aggressive, yeah.
Because you don’t mind that chip. No, exactly.
That one you’re obviously staying long. That one you’re staying
short. It’s just correct side, isn’t it? Yeah. It’s just a correct side hole, for sure. So, she’s telling Hans, like, on a few
of those rough chips—especially when it’s sitting deep but you have some green
to work with—I want to feel like I’m moving the low point a little bit towards it.
Yeah, because as soon as you get behind it, it’s just game over, right?
So like, on those, I try to feel a little bit of that.
Yeah, just to get a little bit more shaft, to get it, like, popping and, like, tumbling.
Sweet. Get that one there, and then some
from over here to both of these. It’s so wild how obviously fast it is going that
way, but then also how slow it is going that way. Like, you really got to tell
yourself to hit it firm. Mine was going in!
Mine too! Yeah. Good luck this week.
Thanks. Good luck this week. Thank you.
Henrik. Henrik, thanks for making it. Good
luck to you, man. Bring it home. Thank you. Good luck.
310. Nice.
Too easy, I guess.

  1. I like how Swedes sound so American, but then, like ducks in a pond, they get together and start quacking out Swedish and you're like WOAH WAIT. A little Lubbock sneaking in there too, haha.

  2. 4:09 is just fantastic! I know it doesn’t come through to non-Swedish speakers, but Ludvigs southern accent really shines through here!

  3. Guy is going to be a star for a long time. Could be world number 1 at some point if he stays the course.

  4. Wait a second …is this a warmup round or something? Hes wearing shorts during a pga event ? Or is it different rules with oakmont for some reason …?

  5. hoooly I almost didn't understood when they talked swedish… My brain couldn't switch back that fast

  6. LOL, I´m Swedish and had to read the subtitles when Ludvig and Hans spoke to each other…
