LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A Lexington golfer is now a world champion!
This weekend, Willa Borough competed in the 14-year-old division of the U.S. Kids Golf Foundation World Championship at historic Pinehurst Resort.
She was one of approximately 150 golfers in her age group from the United States and around the world.
Borough, who plays out of Greenbrier, is an incoming freshman at Frederick Douglass High School.
