by that one. Drop back to two and a Batia. Perfect drive. Really difficult T-shot and intimidating second shot. Playing a little easier downwind today. That is the spot to put from. They’re just going in left and right at the fourth as well. So backto-back birdies for Ashe. 209 yds. Whole location in a back right little section. Wind is helping off the left. So you can turn it over there. You can get this one close. Everything sort of funnels to this pen. [Music] Right over the flag stick. It’s wild game. A at eight. Straight downhill. Got to be gentle. [Music] Was not thinking that 17 under was going to hold in this long for Kiryama. And still with a two-shot lead. A remains three pack here with a birdie putt. [Music] A four or under on his rounds on this front nine. Aka Batia sends it here at 10. Made four birdies in a row there as you can see in the middle of his front nine. Aggressive play here with the driver. Awesome. Beautiful shot. Let’s get a little closer to Kittyama. Got a nice little run on the front side. Four birdies in a row. Just holds it a little. Could be clean card. He had four in a row. You see there? Trying to recapture that magic. Lost this one way to the left. This is going to be a long way back and in some thick rough. You can get it around the front of the green. That’s a very good leave. Great shot. Van likes it. Settle down. Oh, that’s uh that’s going to be a difficult one there. It’s going to stay on a down slope. [Music] Whoa. Wow. Batilla. That was a bonus from there. A brilliant shot that was. We’re going to see on some of the US Ryder Cup teams, President Cup teams moving forward. Our tracing technology provided by Trackman. Didn’t get the strike that he was hoping for, but that’s going to be just fine. And it’s going to be well within range. A at this par five location left corner. That’s well played. Eagle pipe coming up as we go to 12. And this could actually tie the lead ash for eagle from long distance. Best round going out on the golf course right now. Good run at it. Like a little less stress after that eagle run, but he’s able to jam it in there. And he’s got a big day going. He is now 600 for the round. A little bit of an easier shot here for the left-hander. You can flight something down and turn it into this hole. Oh, that was so close to being good. That was it. Now the par three missed it to the right. Did Betier trying to swing with that ups slope. So looking like Tmaine one back straight from might even come a little out of the toe just noted off. So it is the bogey. Two par threes on this backside and they are the hardest holes on the final night. Shot is shaping it from right to left and as I say wind right to left. So just started at that gap in the two bunkers and let the wind push it towards the middle and conservative play there. You can see on the right side it should be perfect. Safely in the fairway for Ashe Batia. Ball be slightly below his feet for the lefthander. [Applause] I clearly wasn’t good enough. He’s going to charge a lot now. 14. Yeah, you did all right, Trev. You did all right, mate. Winning in the Masters. And Frank, you won everywhere around the world as well. Only occasionally I got the better of you. Little stress-free par here for Ashe Batia at the 14 stays two back. Yeah, you see that tall grass right in front of him blowing really well. This is going to catch the rough most likely. [Music] Yeah, sure did. Little out of position here. Front left hole location. Has he got a gap? Oh yeah, he does. Good shot. For birdie. Beautiful. That’s his seventh birdie of the day. Okay, we said 16 was drivable. The tier, he’s not short. Gosh damn it, dude. There’s water down the right, but that is miles on the other side. Back in the 24 season, joining Allen and Curtis Strange did it back in the early 80s. Let’s go to 16. The tier at 16. In a birdie who can join the lead up the rise. Didn’t need much more that’s for sure to tie. Oh, use the whole hole. Break three. Yeah, we have a whole quartet. Be the number. The number [Applause] 17. Yes. And a little cleaning up to do here for the par. There he goes heading over to the 18th hole. Reachable in two. And it looks like Ox is set to hit a cut as well. Just down the right side and bringing it back a little bit left. Yeah. And he’s done just that. [Music] All right. 18 chance to break free from this log jam at the top. Uh-oh. to reach 18 under par and the lead alone. No snack though because there’s a big ridge he’s got to come up and over there it is right there. This is tasty. Really about as good as he could do. That’s well played at 18 to get to 18 and resides alone at the pinnacle of the leaderboard.
