AMAZING $798 trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina
Two words, Hilton Head. [Music] My name is Noah with Courses You Need to Play and today I’m super excited to share with you guys this three-ight four round golf trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina. So, Hilton Head is one of the most laid-back golf spots in the entire country. You might have known that, but we just got back and our expectations were set pretty high for Hilton Head and they exceeded them on every level. So, we stayed at the Palmetto Dunes Resort, which was the perfect spot for the entire trip. It’s a great central location, close proximity to the other courses that you’ll be playing, as well as it’s on site to one of the courses. It’s close to a ton of great restaurants. It’s a two-bedroom villa that has plenty of space. Definitely recommend the Palmetto Dunes Resort as far as a place to stay. To kick things off, our first round was at Golden Bear at Indigo Run. It’s a Jack Nicholas design, super fun layout, and it was the perfect spot to start off our trip. So, it definitely was one of the easier of the four courses that we played, which made for a great warm-up round. It was in great shape. The staff there are currently working really hard to make it one of the best public courses on the island, and there’s no doubt in my mind that they will be there soon. After Golden Bear, we hit up the Old South Golf Links. Now, this was one of my personal favorites. It’s the very definition of low country golf. So, think marsh carries, bridges everywhere, and just some fantastic views. Some of our favorite holes on the entire trip were here at the Old South Golf Links. Now, it’s not a crazy long course by any means, but it’s a track where you would need to have good course management and good strategy if you want to score low. You can find yourself in a lot of trouble real quick over there. Third, you can’t come to Hilton Head without playing at least one of the Palmetto Dunes courses. We teed it up on the Robert Trent Jones course and there was wide fairways, big bunkers, and a back nine that just got better and better. Now, this course definitely felt the most like resort golf, but in a good way. It was arguably the most difficult course of the four. Even with the wider fairways, it always seemed to be easy to to find trouble. Now, the par five on the 10th will definitely have you stop and appreciate the beauty of the Atlantic that is just steps away. When we go back to Hilton Head, we would have no qualms about playing the Robert Trent Jones course again. It was really enjoyable. Last, but definitely not least, we played Hilton Head National. There were no homes, no nonsense. It was just pure golf. Now, this is an 18hole public gem just over the bridge in Bluffton, and it was co-designed by Gary Player and Bobby Weed. Gary Player designed the back nine and Bobby Weed designed the front nine. So, they worked together to blend two distinct styles uh into one cohesive experience, which was really enjoyable. Now, this place is a strong local favorite and regular site. beautiful natural setting, enjoyable layout, and staff friendliness, and we really couldn’t agree more. Off the course, one of the things that makes Hilton Head so great is the things to do. You have the beach, you have fantastic food, and there’s plenty around to do. If you’re looking for a three-ight, four round golf trip with unbeatable value, uh, I think it starts here at Hilton Head. We had a blast. We know you will, too. So, book the trip and play the courses. Have a good time. Let us know what you think. If you do want to make changes to this itinerary, you can. Over at T Times USA, it’s fully customizable. So, if you want to swap a couple courses out, one course, if you don’t want to stay at Palmetto Dunes, if you’re if you’re eyeing something else, that’s all an option. They can tailor it however you want it. But, this does fall within that $798 price range, which is again is tough to beat. We can’t wait to get back to Hilton Head and we hope you enjoy it as
Truly one of the best golf trips we’ve been on. This is a 3 night/4 round trip. This pricing includes the 3 nights of lodging and all 4 rounds. It’s a tough deal to beat and we HIGHLY recommend it. However, if there is anything you would like to change, it is possible!
