The PGA TOUR returns to TPC Twin Cities in Minnesota this week for the 3M Open. Maverick McNealy returns to the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” as the highest ranked golfer in the field and is on the hunt for a spot on the U.S. Team at the Ryder Cup. McNealy finished tied for third last year in Minnesota and has six top 10 finishes in 2025. Joining McNealy is Chris Gotterup, as he returns to the U.S. with momentum on his side. Gotterup won the Genesis Scottish Open and followed that up with a solo third at The Open Championship. Jhonattan Vegas returns to the 3M Open looking to become the first golfer to successfully go win back-to-back in the tournament’s history. Adam Scott is set to make his tournament debut as he looks to improve his standing for the FedExCup Playoffs. Other key names are Wyndham Clark, Tony Finau, Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, and Tom Kim.

Yeah, you want to be just right of this whole location. Be tight to that left hand side. Or you could just go right at it. Why not? Or Bjornne Olison playing his second at 16. Nice bounce back for Olison. Has that for birdie after the double at 15. How Tong Lee at the 13th trying to save a par. Hey, there we go. That’s fabulous. Now Sam Stevens after that great round yesterday, he picked up where he left off, made a couple birdies on his opening nine and got right back on the birdie train. Got the five iron going like 218 right now. 218. This is curving nicely. Still not gala nearly a hole and one at the eighth. Now Maverick McNeely on the T8. Yeah, this looks good as well. Wow. Are you kidding? Camilo Vagus at 17. Go a little bit. Go a little bit. Go a little bit. Oh, it did. Lands in its own pitch mark at the fifth. Luke Clinton for birdie. This hole is playing pretty easy today. One birdie and a nice par save on Luke’s card so far today. And there’s another birdie. The great John Cook will be following that group all afternoon. Adams Fenson a 60 yesterday. He had the lead overnight, but he’s retreated a little bit. Pretty decent wedge pin over here looking up the whole length of the green. That is fantastic.
