I’m trying to get better at disc golf. And I wanted to catalog all the mistakes and corrects I make in my form in hopes to create a more effective and efficient practice routine.
I want to preface by saying i’m by no means an expert at disc golf. These are anecdotal self-realizations. I’m hoping to find pragmatic ways to alter my game so I can tell when I did something right, and if I did make an error, to know what mistakes I made so I can correct them.
This video I was focused on throwing accurate lines and engaging my hips for power. I found a couple things to change next time I go out, so i’ll see if that helps in my accuracy, and power.
