Golf Traveler with Denis Knight attacked this 18hole 71par course which is part of the Kingswood Berksdale 27hole complex in Bella Vista, Arkansas A retirement community with multiple courses to choose from, its a golf heaven!! In fact, this community hosts four 27hole complexes along with 2 other 18hole courses, one of which has hosted a TPC event in the past.
Kingswood has 5 different tee box locations, with wide open thick fairways and few obstacles. The greens hold very well, so be prepared to repair. Greens are challenging but putt true. hi this is Janine Knight with golf traveler today I in Bell Vista Arkansas at Northwoods Golf Course Kingswood golf course I take that back Kingswood beautiful it’s part of a 27 hole complex here at Bell Vista Bell Vista is located about halfway between fville and Joplin uh right on the Missouri Arkansas state line and it is a retirement community with a bunch of golf courses six major golf courses one of them uh TPC course so we’re going to get started here pretty soon we got a little bit of a crowd today so we’re hoping that we can get them completed before the sunsets on us but here we are in Bell Vista Arkansas here I am on hole one I drove down through here and here’s the fairways you can see these are prettyy straight Fairways there’s the hole down at the end um I’m 125 yds out off of the box so we’ll see how we do from here on out uh and then see how we do on hold two as I stand here on the greens of one you can see the greens are pretty flat not too bad at least here on one two is right here to the left of me on the other side of these trees there’s the the tea box and then of course the green is down below Tree Line there that’s ho two and then I’m assuming then we will go that direction over here into hole three so we’ll see how it goes I’ve just completed hole three it runs down through here and then runs up to the green here okay hole four we’re going to wrap down through go back a little WRA down through here and go right up over here to a ho four whole four is a par five that runs in the tea box here straight ahead over this water along this Bluff down to the right on the other side of those trees the green lies right down over there the other side of the bridge down there so long par five dog leg right here we are on hole six and it’s pretty much Straight Ahead as you can see there’s some people out there in the Fairway and then it dog legs a little to the right yeah little water on the right there so I just finished here on six and now we’re going to go we’re running right along the side of the highway up there you can see the highway in the cliff on the but this is s as I walk up towards the bridge here these guys have just teed off on seven seven runs pretty much straight down and then dog legs just a little bit actually I think it may be a part three now I think about it cuz look you’re looking straight ahead right where he’s at and there is see probably three just finish s here you can see it runs it’s little par three ran up to here to here and now we’re going to start on eight and eight looks like it runs right straight down the Fairway and you can see the green on the far end down there all right see how we do this is whole 10 and it’s a par three and it’s a little downhill and from the whites that I’m hitting from about one 18 so probably plays about 10:5 I would say we’ll see how we do oh 11 runs right up through here and then dog legs back to its left back into the green here you see the road back over there I’m not sure where hole 12 is we’ll proceed to the next hole we completed hole 12 it was a par three and now this is a par four and it runs straight ahead and dog laks just slightly ahead there you can see the Green in the distance so this is whole 13 there’s the green AAR 13 I mean the whole 13 we just finished it and now we’re going to go to Hole 14 gentlemen I’m playing with just hit and it runs down through there that tree and then it dogs just a little bit to the right so I’m going to try to hit down there about where that cart is in the middle of the Fairway of 15 now and I’m just right up above all of them I’m driving the ball well today and then there is the green right ahead so I’m about 96 yds out on my second shot so I’m driving the ball well
