I’ve been a fan of titleless drivers over more than a decade. The only thing that could be quite off-putting is the price. However, I was surfing the web the other day and found this. Um, now I’m not going to say it’s a pure copy, but look at the huzzle. Look at the adjustment sleeve. It’s the same text and the same writing and everything. This is a teeu copy of a titleist. I’m going to say TS3 driver, maybe GT3 with the little line down it. So, today we’re going to test it out here on the golf course, see if it is worth the money that I paid for it, which is like £100. I’ll put it on screen so you can see exactly how much it was. And um I’m interested to see because we’ve done a couple of videos like this and you guys do really enjoy them. A lot of you guys hate them because it’s kind of giving notoriety to these clubs and kind of getting them out there. But I I also think that if you can save yourself some money and get a drive that works, would you potentially Doesn’t look like a titalist, does it? No, it doesn’t feel like one. It feel like it’s like sandpaper, isn’t it? So, um, let’s test it the face, doesn’t he? Look at that. Is that a lion? Lion. Lion. Right. But, you know, if this performs and I’ll tell you something, that actually felt pretty good. I can’t hit a better shot than that. back of it. On the back of it, Rob, it says as S. Is that an E or an F? E D or is it? No. A said, do you reckon that’s a bit like a send cuz it’s going up? But who like who’s in the wrong here? And we’ve just done a video on a ping equivalent driver from Teu as well. And it’s very interesting because I mean from there that’s a titleless driver, isn’t it? Yeah. It’s not just because of that line. It’s Oh, yeah. If you close your eyes a bit. Yeah. But you can see it’s got um a weight at the back there. So, that’s going to move CG back. Obviously, enhance MOI that little bit. And again, this there is technology that goes into these drivers. And just because they are cheap imitations. I’d say potential imitations, but people don’t using the word potential anymore. So, generally, they could be just cheap knockoffs, couldn’t they? But if they perform, it’s the same shaft as we add in the ping. It’s exactly the same, isn’t it? Premium made in China or or Japan. No, on Japan material made by Made in China. Well, where was it made then? I’m not going to say anything cuz I could get in trouble there. But it’s 9 and a half degree. And it actually looks like quite a smart head, doesn’t it? You know, if I said to you, “Oh, I’ve got a new Honda driver or a new Mura driver.” Because it does have that Canadian feel to it, doesn’t it? You know, with the the writing and stuff like that. How good does it perform? Do you reckon there’s someone’s initials? Because it is a big thing to have like your reckon it’s like a Oh, yeah. Bit of a gold leaf thing maybe. But the shafts 52 g, 3.2 torque and stiff, very light as well. Usually you’d be about 60, wouldn’t you? Head shape though is phenomenal. One of the best looking driver head shapes I’ve seen in a long time. How does it perform? Stop it. What are you seeing that bro? First shot. That’s annoying. I mean, I absolutely nuked that. That was right out of the lion’s head. Why? This is Yeah, that’s a new one, isn’t it? Uh, we’ll keep going. Even though it sounds like something’s gone drastically wrong. And this is the thing when you do buy products from websites like this. Obviously this is from Teimu. I feel like if it went wrong now, what do you do? Cuz I’m I’m 120 130 pound deep into this. Oh, it stopped. Even more interesting. Yeah, something’s going wrong there, isn’t it? But see if we can hit the same shot again. Sounded a bit tiny, didn’t it? Sounded high pitched. They’ve not worked much on the acoustics for this club, but let’s see if we can hit the same shot again. That’s even better. That’s an absolute bullet. Now, I’ll have a look at the reviews for this club as well, cuz a lot of people have bought these and it’s got some pretty good reviews on team as well. I do I do wonder how genuine some of the reviews are when you do read them. Like when when people are like, “Oh, it was really comfortable.” You’re like, “No, that’s not genuine, is it? You’re talking about a seti.” And they’ve just copy and pasted it. Because that happens. It tasted really nice. Talking about a driver, but if I can hit another good shot here and three for three up. I don’t like this T-shot either. It’s a difficult one. Into the wind today as well. And the consistency factor hasn’t been bad so far. [Music] Stay there. It’s not bad. It’s just cutting a bit. I will be interested to see how far up they’ve gone because one of my other points here and one of my worries is I don’t know if it’s conforming and legal and if which case it’s not. It’s a massive waste of money. But I buy it so you don’t have to. So there we go. Now distance-wise for those three shots, it’s really really impressive. for the final one’s just finishing the rough there. Now, the first one I hit, which was really good, nice and central. He’s 10 yards short of the second one, which is up on the left there, which is interesting because I thought I’d hit them both really, really good, and they should have been nice and consistent. Now, one of them could have took a bad kick and a good kick. Stop it. Absolute bullet. But it does worry me a little bit for the consistency of ball speed we’re getting from this face. Both of them felt good. Both of them well both of them felt both of them felt but I did feel like they should have been more similar than what they’ve finished. So let’s see a couple more. Let’s jump inside. I’m going to test it against the titleist as well and see just how it can go headto head because flattery is the best form of imitation. The lowest form of imitation. Imitation is the lowest form of flattery. That’s why you’re here Bob. That’s why you’re here. So what do we say on the team website for this driver? You can see actually £125 at the moment with 52 of them sold. However, the ping driver that we’ve done as well, but they sold 225 of them. So, what I don’t like all this, you know, like it makes me feel like my phone Look at it again. I feel like my phone’s been infected. I don’t 100 pound bundle. I love it. Um, that’s me. So, it’s classed as a titanium alloy golf driver head, stiff flex, right-handed with a regular steel carbon fiber shaft. Fair enough. What technology do we have? We’ve got loads of pictures of it. It’s not giving me a lot. Low center of gravity. It says hat and glove. I didn’t get a hat and glove. Did I get a hat and glove? Wow. There’s no information on it whatsoever, which might be for the best, actually. Reviews. Here we go. 4.7 average. 100. That’s the actual shop though, isn’t it? We’re not getting anywhere with that, are we? up. Let’s see what we can do down this par five into the wind. And I’m I’m working on your guys’ input here because this video is more about you guys than it’s about me. I think I do like finding affordable golf products. I like finding deals. Sometimes that leads you a little bit down the garden path where you’re in a place you don’t want to be. Bobby’s shed. Most people are there against the will anyway. I do like the look of the head. Definitely getting used to that more. Oh, that’s the first kind of loose one we’ve had. Is that going to stay in play? I’m not sure. I’m not sure about that one. That felt a little bit like the shaft just went that way. That’s That has to be a tightless sleeve, doesn’t it? Yes, cuz I suppose that is a font as well. And that is a component you could purchase. Is there the 9.5 also that’s tist I think they’ve done it so from that angle it looks like a tyist cuz that’s the same shape as well that a nice little draw off that tree would be nice wouldn’t it there we go I mean it’s not a draw but it’s straight down the middle of that fairway I think that’s hot you know like looking at that ball I think I can’t wait to get it inside and see how far it goes cuz I think that’s going a very very very long way maybe illegally. So don’t tell them. If you played golf with someone and they rocked up the first tea and whapped that out, you’d be like, “Oh, what driver is that? Oh, I’ve not heard of that.” And then you see the face and you’d be like, “Can you show us where that’s on the conforming list, please?” Would you would you would you be that guy? Are you classed as a bit of a Karen if you do that? Come on. Let’s try. Things have been hitting driver well. So, I feel like it’s not going that well this. That’s a nice one, though. That’s very nice. Two out of three ain’t bad. Let’s get down there and see how consistent those good two were. See how far they’ve gone. And let’s jump in the studio and see just how good or rubbish this non-titleist driver is. So interestingly now I have amassed a full bag of artificial shall we say plagiarized fake golf clubs from companies like Teemo. Would you like to see me do an 18hole match? Maybe go to somewhere special like a new maybe a major golf course. Try and play with them and see what we can score because I am very much in the park of a lot of you guys who are going to be commenting saying you shouldn’t be giving them daylight. you shouldn’t be showing people that are available. But also, I’m very much in the corner of you guys who are commenting saying, “James, keep showing us these because I can’t afford or I don’t want to spend the big money on the actual product.” So, if we can find something, look how close together they are. Wow. They’re both bang next to each other and they’re the two good ones we’re here. I fear we’ve lost the first one. But, if you can find a golf club that makes golf more accessible, I’m not here to kind of say you shouldn’t use this, you shouldn’t use this, this is non-conforming for me. If you’re playing golf and you’re enjoying golf and it gets you out, use exactly what you want to use and of course what you can afford or want to spend your money on. Are we saying that one’s a goner? Another yarn, Bob. Day one. Another yarn. Was it that I’m boring you? Yeah. Okay, it’s all right. Job center’s open, Bob. It’s Monday. Okay, so let’s set the scene here with the Titalist TSR3 and this Teimu I’m going to say fake Titalist TSR3 cuz these are exactly the same specs and look pretty identical to an untrained eye as you can see on screen now. So I’ll set some with the Titalist to kick off. We’ll have a bit of a higher tea and we’ll see what kind of numbers we can generate with these drivers. That’s a pretty good one with the TS R3. Had to look at that then. 260 odd carry, 280 yard total, sub 2,000 spin. So, really getting some good numbers out of this one. Needs to launch higher to get any further carry really. Feel that’s a really nice setter for this TSR3. Genally what we expect kind of around 270 carry 295 total. Really nice low spin rate on that one. And you can see we can get this out there at some really nice numbers. Even for me that feels like a long one today at 275. We’ve had a lot of high 260s, so shows how forgiving this driver can be. That’s another one. Very similar. Sub 2000 spin carrying 268 releasing 25. So that’s what this fake driver in essence has to beat. Right. First go. And I’ll tell you something, that actually felt pretty good. What’s that carrying? 254. It’s down a bit, but it feels to mean the shaft the shaft straight away the shaft’s nowhere near the quality of the tens that I’ve got in the title list, but can that help? Can I whip it more? 2,000 spin a bit pulley. You can see it’s a bit all over the place with the face angle. That’s a 262 carry up to 280 yards. I hit that really good. That should be up there at that kind of 270 carry. I would think 266 285 total. That that immediately is better than what I thought this was going to be even after after testing this out on the golf course. Can we let rip on it a bit more? Yes, we can. 2,000 spin again. It’s pulley 256. I mean, it’s not bad. I can’t hit a better shot than that. That felt fantastic. 267. It’s not The longest one I had with the tires was 274 carry. 295 total. For the money, it’s not I don’t like being that guy, but it’s just not a million miles away, is it? That’s a bit leaky. It’s not bad, though. 263 with a leaky one at 3,000 spin. Oh, James, what have you done? 270 carry, 290 total. I’ll not drop it because it’ll break. So, my general consensus on this club, can it perform? Yeah, I think it can. I think I can hit some good shots with it. Do I feel like it lacks a little bit of consistency? Absolutely I do. Would I spend my money on it if I was looking to put a driver in the bag? I might do some testing in the secondhand market for around this price. If you guys want to see that, get in the comments and let me know what you’d like to see me test against. Also, subscribe while you’re here because we’re well on the way to 300,000 subscribers and I would love you all to be a part of it. Now, I’ve got here a brand new fresh out the box Titist Prov V1 kind of. It is a Tit Pro V1. It’s not brand new. If I tee up what, but I’m putting myself in the mindset of I don’t want to lose a 4 pound ball, Rob. That’s what I’m trying to do. So, if I tee up with this driver now, there’s a lake on the left and there’s a bunker on the right. And if it goes far enough right like the other ball we lost. Losing balls off right and center today. Is it a false economy? Because I’m just losing golf balls left off left right and center. Unless you bought fake golf balls off team as well. It’s one of them isn’t it? But I’ve got loads mate. Right into the wind. This is quite a daunting t-shirt actually cuz this shaft has been giving me the occasional rogue one. Let’s see how we do. It’s absolutely perfect down the right side of that fairway. It’s carried the bunker as well. Guys, if you’ve enjoyed that, please do hit that subscribe button below. A very different video for a lot of people who potentially do want to see what you can buy for your money on websites like Teemo. So, if you’ve enjoyed it, hit that subscribe button. Thank you so much once again for all your time. I’m going to have to start giving these away because my my garage is already full and The wife isn’t happy at all. Bobby sheds full as well.

  1. I can tell you that if the fake would have flown 10 yards further than the original Temu would have sold out. 😂😂😂😂

  2. STOP saying fake club ! It's not advertised as a Titleist driver. It is what it is. A great golf club at a price that isn't a rip off. £600 cheaper than the Titleist! 5% difference…no brainer. Everyone should buy from china. We get ripped off by the big manufacturers…it's time. It stopped. I bought from Ali express yamahero p790s 4 to pw. £175!!! Not £1175 like Taylormade rip us off for. I bought after watching Askagolfnut..he demo them to within an inch of their lifes! Against the real ones. The copies were better in every way ! I've played them no 5 months. As good as any high range irons. Very happy

  3. The main things about the temu driver:
the sound is a bit lower pitched.
the flight is a little lower on average.
overall not bad for the price

  4. Performance isn't terrible for the price but what if the driver breaks in 2 or 3 rounds. In that case it's just an expensive rental.

  5. I would rather go somewhere like Clubs for Cash and get a club that you can be reasonably sure is a higher quality. Or if I was just starting go get a box set just to start out.

  6. OK If 99.9 pecent of golf equipment if manufactured in CHINA ,What you have to consider is How many heads are made before they reach the required company standards ?? Therefore expect them to sell the refused items head NO WASTE, follow that with if all the waste are sold of and they keep selling the odd defect item ,it,s pot luck i have had the crap plastic inserts to the fordged almost perfect iron . I Had my pro hit my irons (i said nothing ) his reply was simply really nice ,shocked when i told him 225euro 3-PW irons set . Hey HO You put 100 quid on the fav horse and it lost .?

  7. Temu has some junk but there is no reason a perfectly good club couldn't be much cheaper than we pay for brands. It's a racket…
There is less than 5$ worth of titanium alloy in a driver head. Couple of dollars of carbon fiber.
Try other chinese sources than Temu, you might find one better than titleist for 50$

  8. Not sure £120 is cheap when you consider Compendium Golf is doing brand new Cobra Aerojet drivers for £160… but they don't have a lion on the face as stock which is kind of a bummer and is probably worth at least 6 shots a round.

  9. Any though a market forts about "where " these are being manufactured , is it in the same factory as as the "Branded " clubs ? are the main brands trying to create a market for lower priced items to monopolise the complete picture for sales. ?

  10. James if you already have the driver and it,s damaged ie the shaft you have is correct would it be a cheap fix ? The same applies for shafts from other post 99.9 are made in CHINA , If the shaft does not meet the stanards it,s binned ( NOT ) they sell them , the weight may be out, the flex frequency is out but for the hacker who will not notice it ot have your testing skills .The reallity is we are getting ripped of more by the big name clubs and governments taxes , than we are from buying direct from China . PS i live in a country NO MANFACTURER Will do a demo day and not one FULLY QUAILFIER FITTED EXISTS ??

  11. never had any issues returning something to temu if there were problems. They are usually very good with refunds.

  12. I would love to see you do 18 holes with a complete set of clubs from TEMU. I think having TEMU products will help get more people into the game since the prices for clubs have gone through the roof and in my mind is out of control anymore. If TEMU get people on the course, then more power to them for making products that people can afford to get them out and, on the course, enjoying this great game.

  13. If you either can't afford, or just plain refuse to (me), buy new due to the ridiculous prices of new gear, buy used. You don't need to buy copies of the main brands and hope they're OK. I recently bought a titleist 917 D3 for £100. Great condition, I wouldn't pay 125 quid for that rank thing he's hitting in this video. BTW, it's the best driver I've ever had.

  14. Hi James. I think the Championship Course with the bargain clubs is a great idea. What about a 2 man Texas series with Chris on Championship Courses with the cheap clubs?. How many seeds do you think you will plant. Keep up the great content.

  15. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. 😊
Incidentally, I'd love to see you play with a full set of knock-offs. Remember, one of Rick's most viewed videos is where he played with illegal clubs!

  16. The problem as I see it is that most of the real products are manufactured in China. They tend to steal the designs and make the knockoffs which in some cases eventually cause to original manufacturers to close. An example of the was Whites Metal Detector, after more than 30 years in business the shut down because they couldn’t compete with the Chinese copies. This also happened to a telescope manufacturer though I can’t remember the brand. This is also probably why the big club companies have something new every year. New design keeps the knockoffs at bay.

  17. It won't be legal if it's not on the usga conforming list….fine if you're not in a comp but I would rather spend the same on a good used speedzone for example

  18. I personally wouldn’t buy these and would rather get second hand if a trusted brand.

However I don’t have an issue with ones like this. I have an isssue with the ones that have the word Titleist on them that would fool a lot of people. This wouldn’t fool anyone it is just titleist inspired to me which isn’t an issue as lots of legit companies do that e.g. ping anser putter

  19. The providing of knowledge and should not be limited by trade marks or price alone. For instance – how would a TSI3 and the Temu alternate compare with a swing speed of 80 mph or if you gave both clubs the same shaft for a true head to head comparison.

  20. since both of the drivers had the same hosel attachment you should have put the temu head on the other driver shaft to see how the head did in a stock shaft
