  1. I love the distinct phases of his batting style: the relaxed neutral stance (00:56), the “gearing up” stance (00:58), then the rearing back (01:02) as the ball leaves the pitcher’s hand!

    And then BAM!

I’m sure there’s proper terminology for these batting stance “phases”, but I’m a casual.

  2. イケメンだし打てるし、いいよね

  3. Jung Hoo Lee, we’re counting down the days until you arrive in Washington at the end of May! We’ll have a Korean corn dog waiting just for you — hot, crispy, and ready to go! 😄🌭🇰🇷

  4. When Jung Hoo Lee is healthy, he can ball! This young man is well on his way to being a star.

  5. In an interview with the Korean media, he said that the pitcher had a tendency to pitch inside the plate, so he ignored outside pitches and focused on inside-plate pitches.

  6. 内角低めの球を打ってファールボールにならず、フェアゾーンに残ったままぐんぐん伸びてホームランになっている。

    打撃フォームが安定している何よりの証拠だろう。

    やはり彼は素晴らしい打撃センスを持っている。

  7. Another roller coaster game, courtesy of the Gigantes. 😀 Koss set the tone for last night's game, while Lee sealed the deal. I thought Lee's homer from the home plate camera angle was awesome–i.e., it drew a beautiful trajectory as it paralleled the foul line. As for the NL West, the difference so far has been which team is running on all cylinders. The Dodgers and the Padres? Yes. What about the Giants? They show flashes of awesomeness, but it has been a struggle to get all of their cylinders running so far.

  8. His ability and potential are amazing. I'm so proud of him! He has not only the amazing skill but a handsome face!
