Well, here is the early leader. You may have noted it on the leaderboard. Eagle at the third, birdie there at the seventh for the American rookie Jenny Bay. Actually, Derma was actually keen for us to say that because he was worried that we where she turns up at the AG Women’s Open. Leading the rookie of the year on the LPGA tour. This is the par three six hole front left pin found. Oh, one more bounce and that was having a look. There’s plenty of short clubs in a lot of wedges especially out there today. There’s not a lot of wind at all. It’s a very scorable day for golf. Well, this is where Leona Maguire hold out. Well, had some start to the day, didn’t she? Leona Maguire hole out at her very first hole of the day at the 10th. Three under now. Need had another hold out. It’s funny how that happens, isn’t it? You grab a hole in one and then suddenly as a player, Kirsten Rley is Casey Porter, an LPG tour rookie. 126 yds left into 10. Oh, nearly slam dunks it then sticks it in reverse and gets it in there tight. That’s a great shot in there, isn’t it? Is it going to get up and over that slope? It’s going to try. [Music] Jenny Bay, one of the big hitters out on tour. She’s only 5 foot three, but she can pack a punch. It’s ninth hole. The green that sits from back to front. Do not be long. Yeah, I mean 5’3, but can average about 280 off the tea. Yeah, she does. I think it was it’s a big step, isn’t it? And then you know sometimes you can feel a little bit uncomfortable if that wind came out of you know nowhere a little bit to a great shot into seven there below the pin. Mu is outside the top 20 in the world and then this year thanks to the putter she is back downhill left to right to get back to level par. Thank you very much. So Teada for another Yeah, that’s three in a row. I mean, she’s done a little tour of Europe then. She’s been to the Matahorn to Paris to London. Emma Spitz this for Birdie to get back to plus one. Having a good season so far on the L. Oh, and he goes, she must have been gutted though. Missed out by one position to get into the Fian Championship. It’s going to be slow up the hill, though. be aggressive. I think it’s fair to say she looks at home as a pro. He’s had a a good season. Alim Kim. Yeah, she she’s such a long hitter. Alim Kim and just wedging it in there to 10. She’s kind of the forgotten US women’s open champion because hers came in cocoa second into nine. This pin is at the front. You want to try and leave this short of the pin. Oh, she’s done just that. Oh, it’s target golf out there. Jenny Bay to try and match Morgan Mro up at the top at four under. It’s two chances in a row that have just slid by to get into that lead there. Player who grew up on a chicken farming. So even though there’s some course form, also some bad memories. Well, you could she’s tapping it down now. Is it? I mean, there’s been no traffic on the greens. You’re allowed to tap down your spike marks anyway. No, the the greens are absolutely pure, aren’t they, out there? We had a walk around this morning and they are just absolutely perfect. She plays some games, doesn’t she, when she’s practicing her wedges. She does. So when the game’s at home, she makes the targets really small. So everything needs to be in two yards from right to left to be three under par through seven. Yeah, definitely done. So, up to three under par. There’s no standout. What’s going wrong? Her scoring average is actually slightly lower through the first 11 events she’s played. Tea into nine. Oh, just hit that down slope short of the green there. This is for birdie. For tequila. Lovely. She gets to minus two. What a lovely front nine from Ria Teicada. Now at 10 this pin at the front and go straight at it. Bit like that baby. Yeah. I mean so she went to Paris, she went to London, she went to the Matahhorn in Switzerland. It’s hard work why she puts well. It’s not natural to Lotty. Miley Lee playing a second to 10. This is a green light flag. Yeah. Get out of here. Another roll. And that was in. Almost did a Maguire. It’s a brave shot. Nearly. Wow. That was an impressive up and down, wasn’t it? still still hasn’t made a bogey as a pro. Mi Lee won’t miss this one. The simplest of birdies for the now threetime major champion from right to left. And that is a good par save there to keep the momentum to keep the bogey off her card. Seen a lot of birdies on this hole so far today. Maybe seeing another one. I reckon we’re going to see three birdies here. How about that? Flags in the distance. [Applause] moving from left to right and in it goes. Minus three. Playing well this season. Finished second at the US Open. Just missed the par three fourth hole. Leona Magguire tied for the lead. Slower than she thought. Not a bad score there though. We didn’t expect anything less though, did we? No, it’s a very clean scorecard, isn’t it? Out in 33. Leona Maguire finishing up for her part. Well, our marquee group living up to its billing. Charlie Hall moves two under par. The other two at three under has been completely remodeled over the uh last couple of decades. Golf course that’s been designed by Carl Phillips also into the par 514. [Music] Superb shot in there by W. Would be so easy to flick that over ball above her feet wind from right to left. It’s about offering those clubs more support and developing their women’s programs and activities. And then it’s about helping the athletes go from the amateur to the elite as well. So, it really is a full package and we’re working, it’s led by Scottish Golf. It’s their strategy, but we really see events like this as offering that springboard for those kind of strategies to be launched. She pours those ones in and then the straight ones, it’s bam, hole in pace. The Charlie Hull. Here’s one of our co-leaders right now, Leona Maguire. That’ll come back. Come on. It’s on the back edge of five. So, it must be a park. Head of event Scotland alongside us in the commentary boxes for a share of the lead for Anza Utama. Picked that one out of the hole. So, the tie makes it a three-way tie. Plays a club into the win this one. So, 135 for W. Oh, I was going to say unbelievable, but everything she does is very believable. Going past to Glasgow [Music] at five under par. Another fabulous birdie naughty w this for birdie at the par three sixth pick that one out of the hole you just dropped a shot over at five so gets back to two under playing alongside an vanam there’s a chance to get in the lead alone for Quiet. I’m looking. It was looking. You wonder what that finish at the KPMG for the veteran Korean. We were talking about her before we came on air, weren’t we? Oh, Healey. One of the great sort of comeback stories of the year on the LPJ tour. A on five from the right. Let’s get this one dancing around the pin. [Music] Keeping it below the hole here is difficult as well. So that’s a good leave she’s left her. Well, frustration here is one of the co-leaders up at seven now, which is on her back nine for Leona Magguire. Just a wedge in to seven. Nicely played, Teada third into 14 the par five one up nicely. Ticada. This is for Birdie to get to minus four. And it goes now. The Japanese player. It’s going to come up quite a bit short. Thought she going to have a big tear to come up and over. I did say it was going to be slow. 173 yds. The 15th. Mi Lee straight at it when he made birdies. Left edge firm. Wow. Didn’t look like it was anywhere else, did it? So 175 yards playing 195. Put me down for a two. That’s three twos the Australians had today. It’s just the par fives that have uh undone her downwind. [Music] Caught Bay out there. tentative birdie right whereas for Leona Magguire it has been a relatively quiet year but things are starting to perk up for the Irish one it’s a good approach shot into eight it’s a long hole today back pin Jenny Bay who uh we’re talking about losy wen the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. She actually finished second to Rosang Rio Teada second into 16 [Music] from the UPS slope. doesn’t bother Wo. Takes it deep, spins it back inside that two yards and it hasn’t taken her long. Here’s a rookie on the Ladies European tour who’s also had a very good season. Kaiser Arafiel from Sweden won the ladies European tour access series rankings last season doing things like that. End of her round. Third shot into the closing hole. Par five 18th. Last hole of the day. just missed the fairway here though down the the uh right side Leona Magguire at nine and I think that’s such a credit to the US college system as well. They produce a lot of great players. [Applause] Oh my goodness. Nearly in from Alien Kim. That one hit the back of the hole again. Good pass for Lotty Road. She doesn’t remember anything that happened when she collapsed for the second time. Jenny Bay for Birdie on the 18th pole. Good pace. And an excellent round of golf. Just making sure she’s not standing in anyone’s line. And that’s a 68 to open up with for the 23-year-old American rookie. Hopefully, she just knocks this in. 67. the name of Ria Ticada at five under. And this is how she got there. In it goes. That gets a minus five. [Music] inside the hole. Holds out so well. Yeah, beautifully done. She’s another one with a a Scottish caddy as well. A little draw off them bunkers. Rio Teicada into the 18th hole. Nura Aturio second to the ninth out the semi- rough holding out for an eagle too there. Teada doing what she’s done all year, leaving herself amongst the leaders. [Music] [Music] showing the conditions that the afternoon Charlie Hull also in the right side of 17. It’s going to release as it hits the ground. Oh, look at this. Great shot from Charlie Hull. It’s going to give her a good opportunity for a birdie. Four times a winner on tour. That is fabulous. Well, she played well here last year. Finished top 10. She’s got the par five to come. [Music] Well, her wedge game’s been impressive today again, [Applause] but she’s got herself back into play and really made the most of the scoring clubs that she’s had her had in her hands. I think her putting really impressed me. I think she’s an aggressive putter and she just looks confident with it. Oh, that was a great shot there from Lindy Chan into eight. That’s another big statement from Liy W.

Lovely sunshine,no wind.is this really Scotland 😊
Cmon Lottie
Hard to believe they couldn’t show even one shot from World #1 Nelly Korda. Pretty sad.
Cool highlights, but did Takeda go to the Matterhorn or not? I'm unclear on that point…
The start times for R2 leaders are a disgrace. Athlete's recovery time has been totally ignored & inverted. It's a disgrace worth of removing the organising committee's status to uphold best outcome principles.
@LPGA Explain to us why only the morning session was show live, but the afternoon session was not shown live?
Same happens in all 5 Majors with so little coverage shown live.
Women's golf needs to have live coverage all day.
It's so frustrating that we get no answers on this?
The course looks like it's in amazing condition
No highlights for the no 1 player!!!!!
Not 1 shot from Nellie? Why?
Would be nice at the end of this video you could see who is actually leading in the tournament by showing the leaderboard!!!!!!! 👍😱
Great course and great conditions and Woad playing great. I just miss Jeeno and Ronnie and Lydia. Team Jeeno!
