thing become the big thing tonight. >> Speaker 2: And from Miami,
Florida, weighing in at £275 is the WWE Undisputed Champion, Love. >> Speaker 3: Rock and the Rock. You got these little time watch
on how ball rushing the ring. >> Speaker 1: And here we go,
the Rock in front. >> Speaker 3: Hawaiini with
the title of the line. >> Speaker 1: And
what a belly to belly by Brock Lesnar. >> Speaker 3: Just like that. Clasp the hands once more. >> Speaker 1: Here’s
a cover hook in the leg. And the Rock kicks out. >> Speaker 3: Rock step in the neck
with that big elbow to top. Belly to belly, right to the right. >> Speaker 1: And
Brock Lester with the Rock. Just a sack of potatoes
driving him into that knee. >> Speaker 3: The ribs cold again. The injured ribs from Smackdown and
the week before at Raw. >> Speaker 4: And
here’s the COVID hook of the. >> Speaker 1: Leg by Brock in the rocket. >> Speaker 4: Gets the shoulder off. >> Speaker 1: It was six days ago that
Triple H injured the ridge of the Rock on smackdown version. I bet Eddie Guerrero along with Brock. >> Speaker 3: Lester continued the damage. >> Speaker 1: And Lester going
right to the rim early on tonight. >> Speaker 3: That big thick Del Cor
of Brock Lesnar driven right through the Rock. >> Speaker 1: Ribs and
a rock driven through the second rope and outside the ring. And they just see
the agent of Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman with a cheap shot. And Heymon could be a wild
card in this matchup. The upon the barricade as this animal
Brock hust by rock into the crowd. >> Speaker 3: Let’s check out Paul. >> Speaker 2: Look at this. >> Speaker 3: A sneaky nasty
maneuver by the match. Look stink in his hand. >> Speaker 4: If you’re
the youngster Brock Lesnar. You could not ask for this match. >> Speaker 1: To start off any better. The Rock rocked on those
ribs on the steel barricade. Brock left just all power. >> Speaker 3: 6 foot 4, 295 pounds. 2 time big tank champ, 4 time all
American and 2 time national champ. >> Speaker 5: From
the University of Minnesota. >> Speaker 4: And Brock Lesnar
continues the pressure on the Rock. And if you’re Brock Lesnar, the toughest opponent perhaps
that the Rock has ever faced. >> Speaker 1: You have to
continue this ground based attack on the People of straw,
another belly to belly. And you see the Rock writhing in pain. Brock into the COVID
could crowd a new check. >> Speaker 4: And
Rock just gets the shoulder up. >> Speaker 3: Rock came
roaring in like gangbusters. That was about it offensively for him. And Lesnar just grounded the Rock. >> Speaker 1: And the Rock,
with a right hand, tries to battle back. Another one from the undisputed champion,
Paul Heyman. Heyman grabbing the leg of the Rock,
giving the advantage again to Lester. >> Speaker 3: As if Brock Lesnar
needs an advantage from Heyman. >> Speaker 4: And
Lester continues that brutal attack on the ribs of the undisputed champion. >> Speaker 1: And Heyman again. Look at him. >> Speaker 3: I’m begging to ref for
somebody. >> Speaker 1: Get Hammond
the hell out of here. >> Speaker 3: Paul looks
like a handicap match. >> Speaker 1: He’s riding
the gravy train with Brock Lesnar. >> Speaker 4: A win tonight for
Lester makes Paul. >> Speaker 1: Heyman look
virtually a millionaire. He’s got the champion,
the youngest champion ever in his corner. >> Speaker 2: Hammer is a millionaire. >> Speaker 3: A lot of people money,
so hopefully he becomes millionaire. >> Speaker 4: And
here’s the Rock, ripped off the. >> Speaker 1: Ropes by Paul Hustler. But the inexperienced rookie,
he showed it. He telephoned it. Wow.
The blister exploding. >> Speaker 3: Big, big power slip. I left of the leg. >> Speaker 1: There’s two. >> Speaker 4: And
the Rock just gets the shoulder up again. >> Speaker 3: The Rock’s all hot. Look at him face. >> Speaker 4: Well, Taz,
the Rock will never say quit. The Rock will do anything
to keep the title. >> Speaker 1: He’ll never use
those injured ribs as an excuse. >> Speaker 3: Well, you know what? The Rock, five time tag team champion,
two time intercontinental champion, and a seven times WWE champion. What more can you bring to the table? >> Speaker 4: But
he’s never faced a man like Lester before. >> Speaker 1: Wow. >> Speaker 5: From ribs. The ribs, the ribs. >> Speaker 3: Lesnar. Simple but effective attack. >> Speaker 4: And Brock Lesnar. Here becomes the speed. >> Speaker 2: Into that steel post. >> Speaker 1: Inexperience. >> Speaker 2: And
Lester’s shoulder into the steel post. Riding force in the Rock trying
to recuperate the bravo bull. >> Speaker 1: Come on, Rock. Here you go.
Get a big throw. >> Speaker 2: What a suplex. >> Speaker 1: Little taste of a little bronch message in there
with a big fat suplex. >> Speaker 2: Now the Rock hoping
to gain to catch his breath. Both men down center of the ring. >> Speaker 1: First man
to his feet here could. >> Speaker 2: Gain the momentum
in this championship matchup. >> Speaker 1: And
Rock in show any signs of life. Brock Lesnar’s moving at least. So war man,
we this thing has been hip hop. >> Speaker 2: Can you believe it? >> Speaker 1: That was cool, man. >> Speaker 2: And
the Rock with right hand to Brock Lesnar. The champion reversed into the post. Trying to knock the big man down, but
that’s like hitting a brick wall. A line again, a clothesline. >> Speaker 1: Go low, Rock. Go low, Rock. Go low. Go low. >> Speaker 2: Ducks underneath
the clothesline by now, not struck down. >> Speaker 1: Go high, Rock. >> Speaker 2: And the champ,
Lesnar with a ddt, floats into the COVID hooks the leg
two and just gets the shoulder up. >> Speaker 1: Ross picking the pace up. Lesnon, expect that awesome
move from the Rock. >> Speaker 2: And Hayman and
the Rock lock it in. Wait for the sharpshooter. Causing the distraction again. And Heyman knocked down
Mike lace light drag. >> Speaker 1: I correct myself there. >> Speaker 2: A leg drag by the Rock,
setting Brock Lester up for perhaps the submission
maneuver that is sharpshooter. >> Speaker 1: And there it is plugged in. Leslie might be too strong for this cold. >> Speaker 2: The sharpshooter
locked in by the Rock. Will Brock Lesnar cement for the first
time in his career tonight, Brock Lesnar. >> Speaker 1: With his amateur background,
is conditioned for a maneuver like this on his
lower back condition for this. >> Speaker 2: And the Rock, you can see putting everything
he has into the sharpshooter. Referee Mike Kiera in
the face of Brock Lesnar. Will the next big thing tap out. >> Speaker 1: Look how
long the Rock’s hips off. Get a shot with how low? The Rock’s hips are six’ five. Keeping the leverage down. Keeping the pressure on
the lower back of Lesnar. >> Speaker 2: The experience of
the Rock grounding the monster that is Brock Lesnar. >> Speaker 1: Lesnar’s
down on his bellies. Pancake right now. >> Speaker 2: The right hand is up. Will Lesnar tap? Will Lesnar tap to the sharpshooter. >> Speaker 1: But
Hayman’s back on that damn apron. >> Speaker 2: Heyman again
distracting the ref. Dropping a steel chair into the ring. >> Speaker 1: Paving it in the hard way. Well, Hammer going to wish he never
in the F. This match, Paul Heyman. >> Speaker 2: And Brock Lester A clubbing
blow to the back of the neck. >> Speaker 1: Field taking
the next big thing. Brock les to save Paul Hammond. >> Speaker 2: And Brock Lester crawling,
crawling toward the steel chair. Cayman has the referee distracted. The animal with a weapon in his hand. He don’t need a weapon. His hands are into the R of a rock. That steel chair driven like a javelin. >> Speaker 1: The Rock is
in a bad way right now. There’s that big, thick bear hug. >> Speaker 2: And we saw what this
bear hug did to the legendary Hollywood Hulk Hogan just a few weeks ago. Brock Lester’s massive arms
sucking the life out of Hogan, causing internal bleeding. Blood dripping from the mouth. Will the Rock suffer
the same fate tonight? >> Speaker 1: It ain’t just
the thickness of Brock’s arms, Cole. It’s that great hand strength, that grip from all those years
of wrestling as an amateur. That’s taken. He’s a free to say in the Rock. >> Speaker 2: Back the Rock for
the right hand to Brock Lester. Still has that bear. Hulk. And Brock Lester right with that again. Back into the rims. Back into the bare height on the Rock. >> Speaker 1: You know, remember, like
you said, the Rock’s ribs first injured. >> Speaker 2: Back up Red
rocks his shoulders down, rolls back over to his belly. The instinct of the champion. >> Speaker 1: Brock’s ribs
were initially inj reach. Back on Raw by triple. >> Speaker 2: Shoulders down again. Champion gets his shoulder up. The Rock, despite the pain,
knows where he is at all times. That’s what this title hanging
onto this title means to the Rock. >> Speaker 1: A lot of these fans here,
man, they’re into Brock Lesnar. Well, you’re right. That great match, Matt. Instinct of Brock Lesnar keeping the Rock
in the middle, Keeping that gut wrench, that bear hook,
that waist lock around the Rock’s wits. >> Speaker 2: The Rock desperately
trying to make it to the ropes. >> Speaker 1: Cole, you gotta
question the Rock’s conditioning. We’ve seen all those videos of him TR
upright, running through the steps, straight up weights, but no network. >> Speaker 2: But how can you
question the stamina of the Rock? The cardiovascular condition? And look at Brock Lester continuing
to squeeze the Rock’s gut, his ribs. >> Speaker 1: I’m not saying the stamina. What I’m saying is he
didn’t train on their mat. Training by the Rock. >> Speaker 2: The arm down one time,
the arm down a second. Sylvester made
Hollywood Hulk Hogan passed out. Will it happen to the Rock tonight? No, the fight. But the Bravo ball lives on. >> Speaker 1: Some of these people, they’re not digging a rock
here on Long Island. But that’s a right. >> Speaker 2: The Rock, Soul Heart,
the undisputed title is on the line. The Rock, the champion. The challenger, Brock Lesnar. A sold out national begins to come. >> Speaker 1: Along with the Rock. Now.
The Rock of Chance. How many of these people
have picked a side. >> Speaker 2: Now they want the Rock. A right hand to the side
of the head of Lesnar. And another. And the champ begins to build momentum. >> Speaker 1: The champ, the Rock wants
to hold on to the most prestigious championship in this great business. The WWE Champion, Paul Hammond of Dam. >> Speaker 2: May have
helped a lot that time. Hammond may have fought
his own man that time. >> Speaker 1: Hey,
Fiona had his back turned. Look at the Rock size, man. The Rock is a gladiator. This is a battle and that’s it. It’s all about winning the match. >> Speaker 2: The champion consent. Perhaps a turning point,
perhaps a momentum. And once again, do it back. Do it. Be no longer. Lock into the corner. And maybe the luck took
a little too much time there. Look like got hit by a big
full bet from Florida State. A driving shoulder into the ribs. Can you imagine? Brock Lester in three weeks
could change the entire sport. Dinner table lock exploding
out of the corner. Never say diameter. The promo pull digging deep
down the right hand to the challenger back down. And Lester knocked out of the ring. Listen to Nassau Coliseum. Well, Henz McPoon has the Terry. Some like the Rock,
some like Brock Lesnar. I don’t know the last time Cole, we seen the Rock use these
tactics to be this intense. You want to fight a vicious warrior,
you better be vicious. This was perhaps the most anticipated
title match in the history of SummerSlam. And thus far, the Rock and
Brock have delivered. And the promo board clearing the announce
table watches the Rock have on his mind. Well, I’m thinking I ain’t no genius, but I’m thinking he wants to put
Lesnar though, with that table. But Paul Hayden looks
as if he saw it done. He tried to sneak up on the Rock. Look how he left his head. And Brock Lester,
trying to impress the Lock. The bumble ball seemingly with
eyes in the back of his head. Outside it up the orthodox. And you know where he’s going to stick it. Yeah, right in the right. Jack Les’s big head off the steel post. Head first goes the challenger. I got a funny feeling, Cole, that the Rocks got
something to mind the happy Haley. Brock Les agent is in deep, deep trouble. And I’m so happy right now. My God, look at this. Paul Haven driven through the damn table
with a rock bottom by the Bravo Bull. And Paul Haven deserv every bit of it. Hallelujah. There is a God. Wow. Brock Lesnar still reeling after his
head collided with the steel ring post. And now you can see the champion. You can almost see the smoke coming
from the nostrils of the Bravo bowl. And the sense his victory is there. No doubt. Rock is sporting. And the Rock goes focus
go right back to Lesnar. The Rock taking it to Brock. Lensner tosses it back into the ring. Lesnar’s unbeatable. Never get pin this crowd Nassau
policy of mixed reactions throughout. You get that big match feel
here tonight at SummerSlam. The fans into this match
every single step of the way. And the Rock is stalking the challenger. Rock Lesnar was 53, three in college, but I don’t think that’s going
to matter much right now. The Rock is poised and
pumped and ready to deliver. Probably a rock bottom. Lesnar There it is. Rock bottom. Rock bottom. Rock bottom by the champ. Recover. One, two, three, kick out. Kicked out of the rock bottom. I can’t believe it. Give it up for the toughness,
toughness of the next big thing. Brock Lesn. And look at the Rock. The Rock, perhaps questioning himself,
talking to himself. Perplex. The great word the Rock cannot believe. Lesnar kicked out of the rock bottom. Most of us here, including you. And I can’t believe Lesnar did rock. You need to pick the game up now, my man. And I think the Rock can sm. The damage from the rock
bottom’s been done. Brock Lesnar,
rock bottom of his own rock bottom. Driving the Rock into the mat. Cover a Brock. We could have a new champion. History. History. New champion in the Rock. The Rock kicked out of a Brock
bottom as Taz named it. And now both men are down. Who will be first to his feet? Who will gain? Important mom match drags along. This is where conditioning takes over. The fourth quarter,
the bottom of the ninth. All those damn cliches. But this is the wwe. You gotta get up to survive. Two proud men. Two national champions. The Rock in college football. Brock Lesnar in college wrestling. And tonight, going for the most prestigious prize in
sports entertainment today. The undisputed title. Brock Lesnar. Very surprised. That’s in front of their
five right Star Buster. Sky Buster. And here it comes. The Wishtime Rock. Nail his people’s elbow, man. The most delight refined move
in sports entertainment. Carry on any day. You’ve seen it so many times. Nothing. What a hit. What a hit. Rock like a Lobacker almost
taking the lock out of his boot. Here he is. No.
It’s a five time call. And the Rock count. The Rock count in the promo pole
with right hand side of his back. Lets it block the rock bottom. Look out. Wait for another rock bottom. Dun, dun, dun. Brock Lester, keep count. Man. Look out. F5 and F5 to the rock. The COVID Brock Lester
has defeated the Rock. Brock lester is champion. WWE undisputed champion. Next big thing. Brock Lesnar. And F5 from Brock Lesnar
has taken out the rocks. Brock Lesnar has become the youngest
champion in WWE history. Who in the hell will be able
to stop the next big thing? Best of luck. Brock Lester has climbed the mountain. In just five short months. This monster’s on top of the world. The next big big thing has arrived.

  1. Times we could have gotten a rematch:

    2003 – Brock Lesnar(Face) vs Rock(Heel)
    2012-16
    2019
    2023

  2. This match was an electrifying 5-star classic from start to finish. Wish we had got Brock vs Rock again in 2012-13.

  3. This was a good match to watch between two future Hall of Famers The Rock and Brock Lesnar going at it for WWE Undisputed Championship at WWE SummerSlam 2002 PPV.

  4. I remember this match like yesterday, the fans were well aware of Rock leaving for Hollywood after this match which is why you can hear the boos towards him.

  5. I remember I was 7 or 8 but I watched this wit my dad & the match promo was playin my dad said the rock training in the gym & Brock lesnar is running down the damn highway with a damn tree 😂😂😂 rip pops I still watch wrestling to this day because of you 💯

  6. I Bet So Many People are Wondering Is Brock Coming Back Yes. Is it raining defending undisputed universal champion 🏆 of The World BROCK!! LESNAR!!! I'm not So Happy About it but It's Cool

  7. It would be cool if the people who were shown in the audience would comment and say that where they were sitting.

  8. There will never ever be another Lesnar again. Especially with the slow burn style Triple H books, never again. Five months on the main roster and beat some of the best, King of the Ring winner, and already WWE Champion. Going on to help lead the greatest era of Smackdown ever.

The only possibility I’d ever see is if Oba Femi is pushed to there moon when he makes it to the main roster
