Also joining us from the other Swansea in the world, the worst onesie, the worst Swansea possible. They basically copied us and just stole the name. How you guys doing today, though? It is Sunday funday. It is time to rank some WWE wrestling women themed songs. It’s going to be a fun one. Let’s get right to it. Absolutely. And without further ado, Shard, we did a random spinner wheel, random name generator, and Shard won it. So, you have the first pick. No pressure, but this is technically, in your opinion, the best women’s theme song ever. Okay. You think I should go with that one? Sure. All right. Pick is in. With the first pick in the Sunday Funday women’s wrestling draft, the shot Eagles select Trish Stratus. It’s time to rock and roll the greatest women’s theme song of all time. Come on, man. Lil Kim on the track. You can’t get better than that. We are going with Trish. You know what? Very good pick. And honestly, what I probably would have picked it as well. Would you have Clark? And it’s an even a banger when Snoop Dogg does it as well. Snoop Dog G also now co-owner in the better Swansea, the real Swansea’s football club. Some breaking news this week in case you guys didn’t see that. Snoop Dogg randomly now partly owned Swansea. Look at that. He’s unbelievable. Unbelievable news. He doesn’t own the better Swansea though. The M the Massachusetts Swansea. That’s just the fake Swansea. It’s the fake swans. That’s like saying the fake Kane is better than the the good Kane. Who are you picking? I’m taking Celtic Invasion. Becky Lynch. Whoa. Like, you know, we can sing along with it. The man, the run was amazing. The song maybe not my favorite song, but as an entrance, it’s as memorable as they come. And I gotta get a legend off the board early. It’s about you pick. Fair enough on that one. And I mean, like last time I was going to actually rank Celtic Invasion is the best one. This time it’s seventh on my list. Interesting. Would have been a little bit down. Looks like spot. We got it’s Zack 368 in the comments as well. Shout out to you, Bad Dez. What is going to be your first pick? It might be time to rock and roll. There might be a Celtic invasion. In fact, the sky is the limit, but nothing tops the future. So, give me the future with Asuka as my number one pick. Absolute banger of a pick, Dez. I can get behind that because in a similar way to what Becky Lynch’s theme does, the second you hear it, you know who’s coming out, the entrance is an experience and I was so gutted when they removed that theme from Oscar because it was fantastic. It was it’s the best. Even though you can’t hide is good, the future it just adds a different element to it. It absolutely does. But up next as we are heading straight back to you. What are you taking? All right. I might say this wrong, but love, passion, fury, energy. It’s Lita’s theme song. Like, it’s a really iconic one. Shadelfia got uh Trish Stratus’s. So, uh the Dez Dal Boys, I guess, I don’t know, gets Lita. There you go. Leitita, another strong pick as well out of the gates. Uh I mean, honestly, I’m going to I’m going to be completely honest. I can’t remember Lita’s theme. It’s like it’s like it’s like Oh yes. Oh no, that is a banger. Not on my list. I forgot about it. But that is a banger. Fair enough on that. That was a horrible edition of me. 92 stars in the Tokyo Dome says number one will always be electric used by Aza Kong. Fantastic shout actually. Darion says, “When the Oscar theme hit, you knew someone was in trouble.” Agreed. You absolutely did. But Clark, it is back to you. Who have you and your apparently massive scouting team picked? So, I’ve looked uh deep here, and honestly, I’ve changed my strategy slightly. Uh recently slid up my personal draft board here. I’m going to go with Demon in Your Dreams, Rio Ripley. Um before someone else does. I think it’s necessary because the entrance, the the pyro, all of it is so good. Not necessarily my favorite song, but again, another value pick and I I’m I’m looking to play a little more defense in this draft than I did in the last one. So, uh I’m excited about this pick and I’m excited for Ria. Welcome to the team. Fair enough. Absolutely. Great shot. I like the song, too, to be honest with you. I think it is it’s a fun one. It’s not my cup of tea. I enjoy it more as the entrance than I do as a casual. You get the You get the lead singer that looks like uh Fakeria Ripley, too. Yeah. Chris Motionless. Exactly. It works. Whoa. You knew the name off the top. Motionless and white, dude. They’re a good band. I like that. Oh my god. Shard with the absolute disrespect to Dez with the respect for like 10 seconds there. He has a name. Se blew me away. You got a name. Jim Gross. Great song with the show. But I’ve got next with my second pick. I’m actually getting my top two. The two people who are actually wrote as my top two I’m going to get because so far it’s a great list. Right. But you can touch it. But you can look but you can’t touch. You got to do the dance. I I feel like a little sicko real quick. And this might be a little bit of a reach, but I don’t know how y’all going to pick. This is probably the best theme song in AW right now. And I’m gonna have to go with Julia Hart’s theme song, Harder Heart, I believe it’s called. That joint’s a banger, bro. That joint, the the the the the darkness to it, the the eeriness to it. I love it. So, I’mma go with Julia Hart. AW needs to get some hot picks here. All right. We’re not going all WWE. Give me Julia Hart at round three. Fantastic pick. Underrated theme. Underrated ref uh entrance. underrated wrestler as well. Uh the big three pick two of my picks just just just took them crazy off the table next. Were they your next two picks? Yeah, they actually were. I’m not going to lie. In my head I was like I was like thinking I’m like you know what this is great. Watch me shine and then do a but well up next. Let’s light it up. Light it up. Light it up. AJ Lee, light it up. I mean, growing up, that was one of the best theme songs. It was, you know, it was good. Skips to his next pick. I really like that song to be honest with you. I thought it was Slide It Up. It’s like it lie. I like the entrance more than I like the song. And I’m really not sure. Are we talking about like what’s the best song or are we talking about what’s the best entrance? You’re ranking themes. I’m leaning into um I want mine to also encompass a really good entrance all around. Fair enough. I don’t care what the rules are. That’s how I’m building my squad though. You make the rules technically well on the Instagram comments then rinse the rules. It’s how it works here. But I am taking AJ Lee. Let’s light it up. Up next, Clark is going straight back to you. Who are you taking? I’m taking arguably the most underrated entrance of all time. I’m taking who I am. China, the eighth wonder of the world. You got to be kidding me. Best pyro ever. Some of the best pyro ever and an absolute trailblazer of the time. I I was afraid it would be overlooked, but I had a weird feeling that I needed to make sure I got this one off the board early. High value pick here, Ben. High value pick, and that’s what we’re looking for. Absolutely a fantastic one. And another one which I forgot all about. Yeah, that that’s a that’s a classic theme song for sure. It was definitely in my uh big board as well. Rest in peace China, man. Like China. Yeah. The presentation of it, the you know, all of it was good. The bazooka she had to it took you know what? Sick. I didn’t know if we could count my time for her or Stephanie because it’s technically Triple H’s theme song, but they each came off to it one time. So, I did not I told myself I wasn’t going to pick that. That would mean controversial to be fair. I’m not sure I could allow it. But Dez, what about you? Because in the third round, you have the last pick. I was actually going to go with China’s Steam Song, too. Like, this is a brutal round for me. This is really brutal. But it’s okay. I I’ll go recognition with Charlotte Flair. I I like this one a lot more than All Hell to the Queen. This one, I feel like just just hits more. All hail to the queen’s a lot more like sparkle and dazzle, but I think recognition just commands power. So, and it’s recognizable to Charlotte with that one. That is a good one. But you might have had the last pick in round four. You sorry, the last pick in round three. You have the first pick in round four. What are you taking? All right. Uh, this is I’m trying to remember the theme because I used to hear this a lot. I think is it’s a Stars in the Night Page theme song. I feel like it’s called Stars in the Night. It is. Okay. Yeah, I I’ll go with that one. I like that theme song a lot. I think it was great. I used to They used to play in the gym actually when I used to work out and play football. He used that in the background. It was good. Wow. Hell of a pick. I would have taken that next pick as well. It’s a great song. I don’t even remember what her theme song sounds like. I’m not going to lie to you, dude. I I remember too actually. It was like um Nah, bro. It’s like It’s like No, I I was going through it as I was scouting like Oscars. It just didn’t move. It does sound a little bit like Oscar. It’s a good one. I turned the page on that one for sure. Too funny. Clark, you’re What are you taking? All right. I am going to go with a little bit more current still. I’m going to go with Tony Storm’s current theme, Somewhere in a Dream, the timeless version. She’s had multiple great themes over her career, but I just love it. It’s the best entrance going in women’s wrestling right now. The black and white, all of it, the production value, everything. And I love the theme. It fits the character perfectly. It does what a theme is supposed to. And that’s what I’m here to draft. A fantastic, fantastic pick. You are right. It does what a theme theme is meant to do and it fits the character perfectly. It does. You can you can tell right away too. The way they dim the lights too. All black, all grainy. It’s perfect. This song really fits it. They killed it with this song. Yeah, it’s perfect. It’s timeless. In fact, got him. There you go. Oh gosh, that is cold. Um but um up next it is my pick and I am going actually before that I do want to read out some comments quickly because we got Fernando Zas in the chat. We have the track reviewer in the chat and we have Garrett Sari backing my call. You can look but you can’t touch. But up next, I have got to take what is just one of those songs which you don’t want to say you like. It’s a bit of a guilty pleasure, but you realistically like it. I don’t even know if any of y’all had them on the big boards, but that is one of my favorite entrances. One of my favorite theme songs, man. And hopefully we get to see him tonight. Give me Wildcat Sable with the absolutely iconic entrance in WWE history and deserves credit because not very many women had entrances at that time and it meant something when the music played and I think that’s something that’s often overlooked uh given history and so Sable deserves a spot on the list because it’s an iconic entrance. You knew exactly what was happening as soon as you heard the crack of the whip. I honestly thought Clark this was going to be like your first or second pick. I’ve been expecting this one from you from the start because I knew you were a fan of it. Really, really solid shout, but Dez, it is back to you. What are you taking? All right, I’m going to go with the fury from Alexa Bliss. I like this theme song a lot. Her older theme song was pretty good, too, when she was the goddess, but I feel like this one ju it just hits, you know, with the bass dropping. So, I’ll go with the fury with Alexa Bliss. Fair point. Fair point. I mean, I personally actually do prefer previous one. I’ll have to That’s a good one, too. But like that’s fair. I How did her old one go? Wasn’t it like um like I just I thought her I just know the little beginning riff that Yeah. Yeah. It’s like that was the same in the old one. Yeah, the Rick’s the same. just like after it was like good all the way through the one. It’s good at the start then it’s death rebelled. The the the riff of uh uh what is the song? The uh Dan Kaduro. Yeah, that joint, man. I’m going to go with that. I love that song, dude. It’s such a bop. All dance moves and all, man. Yeah, dude. I went to a Mets game and Yuri’s Familia was the closer at the time and he came out the dance of Kaduro. It was wild. That’s awesome. When I went to full gear that me and a song played and everybody’s dancing, everybody’s in a good mood and I was like, “This is great.” Fantastic shout. But it has now come back to me. Uh, and I was actually prepared for it to come back to me, believe it or not. But um I am going look I think there’s a little bit of an issue with this list so far, right? And all of it’s just a little bit too similar. You kind guys have kind of just picked all this the same thing. So I’m going to go with something which is not like most theme songs because it’s not like most girls. Oh my goodness. Lucky for me, I’m not taking your me so thrown off. Might be the worst singer of all time, Ben, but I really respect the guts it takes to go. I was sitting there like this up on this. Once he said not like most, I’m like, that can’t possibly be how you hear it. Yeah. You know, I heard him say not like most, not like it’s an Italian. DC Warlord, I will trust I trust you. Nobody is picking Thea Hill’s theme song because no, if you played it, we wouldn’t even know that was her theme song. Yeah, I didn’t have that one either. Yeah. Boy over the sun as well. Oh, no. No. No. I went to Kendrick Lamar last night, guys. I am just still not really alive. Clark, what about you? What are you picking? Um, I almost just got thrown off here. I had like three different picks in my head. I’m going to go with um You know what? This seems a little early, but I just want to make sure nobody has it. Um, not a giant fan of the artist, but I got to go with Legs. Stacy Keebler by Kid Legs. That was on my list, too, bro. Yeah, dude. I was like, I’m afraid if anyone’s going to take it, it’s Sean, I had it on my big board for sure. Such a classic, dude. She’s got a leg, man. That’s a remember that one, too. Actually, I didn’t have it on the board, but I had to, guys. I had is nowhere near my board. Nowhere near my board. That was a must take for me, honestly. It wasn’t even in the playoffs to get onto the board. Dez, what are you taking? Yeah, well, you weren’t a teen during those years, Ben. So, when Clark said legs, I’m not going to lie, I got a little worried cuz I’m actually going to go with legs like that from Maria’s theme song. That song is just really nostalgic for me.
