Whenever I play golf, my middle finger on my right hand, always is in pain and this is the first time that it’s actually torn open but I get calluses on it a lot
Grip too hard. Control too much. Get loose and swing easier.

Many times you may have your hand positioned on the club wrong, things happen at impact, if you are right handed generally no golf glove , as well you could have done it doing practically anything out there . There are not many nerves on that part of your finger and it probably happened before you noticed it . If it weren’t for some blood you may not have noticed it . Maybe an interlock grip that was too firm , but doubtful about that .
