Par 3 Challenge – Twin Lakes GC – Oaks
Stopped by my home course in late evening and thought I
would play a quick 4 holes on the par 3’s. I was rushing to
stay ahead of other golfers. This could be a lesson on why
not to rush. ENJOY!

Well, hello and welcome to another part three challenge. We’re here at Twin Lakes, the Oaks course. This is hole number five, uh, part three, 169 yards. We’re going to be hitting a 7iron. And, uh, welcome to today’s challenge. Here we go. I’m by myself today. Flag is center. Let’s see how we do. We hit that a little bit fat and short, which we’re going Going to try to recover from that. All righty. 58° All right. A little long and left. Nothing we can’t fix. It is late in the day. I’m here at my home course actually where I work at. So, I’m just bouncing around to do the par threes. Little downhill, a little Quick. Yeah, a little short. All right, we’ll take the Bogue. All righty. Hole number eight. 182 yards to the center. Uh, white flag. We are playing the par 3es here at Twin Lakes on the Oaks course. See if we can do a little better than we did on hole number five. surrounded by bunkers downhill. We’re hitting a five iron. Oh man, short again. Short again. All right, we are just short of the trap. Well, was running around all day trying to squeeze in a quick four holes three. That’s a pretty good bogey. That’s a pretty good uh guess that’s a one putt bogey, huh? One short, two to the right, three short, four in. We like it. All right, bogey bogey. All righty. Hole 12. 144 to the middle, 152 to the back flag. We’re going to go with a uh strong seven iron here and try to uh change those two bogeies into a par here. Just need to find you know the thing that kills me. People that play dolphin and that’s all of y’all watching. Put sand back in your divots. I mean this this is terrible. There’s craters over there. Absolute craters. Fix your ball marks. Very easy to do. Ball mark. You fix your your your ball mark on the green. You don’t heal them overnight. All right. Blue flag all the way back. Oh man, I pulled that hard left. Hard left. That’s going to be ugly. That is going to be ugly. Oh jeez. Little bit of sand. Just do do a couple of them. Your maintenance crew guys will be happy as dirt. If it’s really slow out, I usually do a whole bunch. Actually, almost the entire T- box. All right. Like I said, I was long. Let’s see what happens. I released a little bit. Uh where you think I would know since I plked this course easily a 100 times. Easily a 100 times. All right, this will be a hell of a car. Oh, damn it. Damn it. Damn it. Oh, shoot. Another boat. All right, now we’re going to go play 15, which is probably the hardest par three out here. Okay, this is hole number 15, par three. 215 from the whites. It is playing 212 to the flag, 206 to carry the front bunker to get to the green. This is a devil of a hole. I’m going to be hitting my two hybrid. And of all the years I’ve been playing this, I actually have birdie this hole twice. So after uh three holes, I am three over with great bogey saving putts. Great bogey saving putts. All right, we’ll be right back for this shot once these guys clear the green. All righty. Looks like they are finishing up. Hey, it looked like it was right at it. We’ll find out in a minute. Just caught the bunker. Right on line, though. All right, let’s see how we do. Roll, roll, roll. I don’t know. There are the rakes. This is going to be a hell of a parsaving putt, but it’s looking like probably another two putt. All right. Nice. All right. Four holes, four bogeies. Not what we were looking for. Well, I was definitely I was definitely rushing to try to get these four in before nightfall. Uh four holes, four bogeies, um seven putts, no greenies, uh one sand, one shot with one foot in the sand. But uh we’ll do this one again. We’ve played this course a thousand times and um I was just trying to rush in for video only. So I guess this par three challenge was uh why you shouldn’t rush your golf game cuz it definitely gets you out of the rhythm. I had no rhythm whatsoever. All right. Hey, thanks for watching another video from PJGolfer. Look forward to more par three challenges coming very very soon. And if hey you got a par three challenge out there, do hashtagpar challenge and uh we’ll set them up so we can all see how everybody’s doing. Thanks again for watching. Peace everybody. 1. Hi Paul So glad to see another of your videos. I totally dig going to the Golfing Range CRUSHING the golf ball ⛳😄

  2. I See you changed your channel name. A lot of times when I'm at the par 3's these no sand in the box to fill your divot.
