  1. Unpopular opinion about pro golf: if you’re a professional athlete and you chastise a fan (the people who purchase tickets that make it possible for you to make money playing golf) for making any noise you’re not a professional athlete imo.

I know it happens to many pro golfers but why is the standard zero noise while swinging if you’re a professional in your sport

  2. This is why I hate golf. In basketball they literally have dudes holding up funny giant avatar fatheads behind basketball nets to throw off the free throw shooter to make him miss while 30,000 people yell MISS!!! but a little whistle in the background is throwing you off? P – S – Y!

  3. The more noise for me the better. If everyone is talking then they are not looking at my shitty shot 😅

  4. A lot of yall have never heard of respect or integrity. Go watch the sport you like it really doesn’t matter. I bet yall would be pretty pissed off of that one swing lost you a couple hundred thousand if not a couple million.

  5. Rahm is correct…anyone who disagrees doesn't understand general etiquette, let alone golfing etiquette, and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a golf course
