Day #2 of our July The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Vacation was a hit. It was a long day on the golf cart. Lots of looping, hiding for the Facebook Original Fort Wilderness Scavenger Hunt, tie dying shirts, laundry, and Alexa coming to stay. The girls have been so tired they are even falling asleep while out loopin’ on the golf cart. Love the full kitchen in the cabins where we can cook our meals and the air conditioning is amazing in the afternoons to chill and take a rest. Bradley knows his place on the golf cart and enjoys all the smells of the campground.

[Music] Good morning. Here’s the early ride. Good morning, Joy. Good morning, Grace. What would you like to do today? What? Make some um I want to go hide on Buzz. You want to go hide some stuff? Yeah. Hey, Bradley, what do you want to do today? I want to eat breakfast. I’m hungry. After breakfast, I want to go to the dog park and do my yoga stretches. [Music] Got to get the baking machine. [Music] M some of the best biscuits. These are so good. My opinion, Cracker Barrel. Like be Grace. Grace said earrings go. If it’s a cup, like a Stanley, if possible, they’re making sure we know what to go look for on the scavenger hunt. I think you have other motives, though. You’re like, if it’s a toy, yay. Bubbles. Yay. How many How many biscuits, Grace? Faith, how many biscuits? Oh, hungry kids and bacon now. Got to put this shower into the oven. All right, we’ll be back for that. Someone’s hungry over here. I hear a lot of chomping. Are you hungry, Molly? Smell that bacon skin. Here they are. We have biscuits. Of course, today would be our booking for all the port adventures in Palo for our cruise that’s upcoming in November. Today I have here. Yeah, our little cruiser. So, we are going to go on the Disney Fantasy as we had mentioned in November on the transatlantic right after it dry docks and comes back to Port Canaveral. So, today we’re scrolling through and looking at all the things that we can do. So, here you can see we’re going to Spain. We’re going to Portugal and lots and lots and lots of days at sea. Sleeping Beauty. Last night that was Faith. Now, it’s Grace. She’s finally waking up. She’s had a shower. She said she’s cold and we’re waiting for breakfast. It’s almost ready. Yeah. Go check over there. Yeah. See if our bacon’s ready. You have a bacon dance for me. Oh yeah, that’s a bacon dance. Wiggles. Oh, two. They’re both doing a bacon dance. They are hungry kids. And the finished product, biscuits and gravy. She’s making a masterpiece. How is that warm biscuit? get raving reviews for them. Two thumbs up. Wow. [Applause] Let’s go outside. So nice. We will soon. We’re getting ready. We’re going to make use of this fancy collapsible laundry basket. We have our own tribe of cheerleaders who’s been chanting all morning with their pom poms. I think they’re ready. Laundry. We’re going to go do a load of laundry while we’re out looping. be back soon. Got to hold the dirty laundry. You can put those in the basket, please. Your job. All right. Don’t let the laundry fall off the cart. Okay. Make it fall off. No. Then you won’t have clothes. You’ll be naked. Bradley. Up. Up. Again. We going on another ride. Oh dear. Faith, you ready to get going? Yeah. There we go. Joy’s got it. Laundry. Let’s go. Day two of our cabin adventure. We are back on the golf cart and rolling. We just picked up some extra groceries. Watermelon, chocolate, apples. Now we’re going to make jelly. Jelly or jello. Jelly as fate says. We finally made it to the laundry room. Woohoo. Are we ready to go? We did in fact start our laundry check. Now on our way at the laundry, Grace happened upon a fan that was labeled in there as free. Ryan, of course, was sitting outside while mom and the kids are doing laundry and decided he needed some pool floats. It’s time to do some hiding. Got a couple bracelets Walt Disney World we made and we’re going to find a good spot to hide them and then post on the scavenger hunt page and beep, there we are. I always like doing them here on the directories. So this and then if I do far enough in the picture, we can leave the map there, too. All right, so here we are. The original Fort Wilderness scavenger hunt page. And as I scan down, it’s approving my post, which has the picture of the item and then also of where I hid it. And we’ll wait and see. Let’s see how long it takes somebody to find our item. Never forget where the leprechaun is hiding. It’s right there. And we have another one. What? Maybe on top. There we go. All right. Just posted another one. Now the girls saw something. They want to go try to see if they can find. And it has a picture. But just because we may know where we think it is, doesn’t mean we’ll be the first one there. So, it’s just been posted a couple minutes ago. Let’s race back there and let’s see what we can find. Oh, looks like the second one we hit has been found. So, it took 4 minutes. Back on the road again. Here we go. We’re up and zooming. Didn’t get the joy one, but that’s okay. We’ll go see what else is out there and what we can hide. [Music] Bradley thinks if he’s on the driver’s side, there’s not as many rules over here. Interesting. And now we have some croc charms. We’re going to go find a cool spot over here to hide them and post them on the page. Putting the clothes into the basket. Good job. [Music] Now that Faith has helped me flip over the laundry, we’re going to go out looping again. We have about an hour to go see what we can do around the campground. So, let’s go see what fun we can have in the next hour. Right, girls? Yeah. Yeah. Hot watermelon. You want watermelon? Yeah. That’ll be yummy for lunch. taking care of Bradley’s doggy business. It would help if you put keys in it so we can go. Yes, it would. But I mean, Bradley’s trying to drive anyway, so maybe Bradley forgot the keys. Bradley, did you take care of business? [Music] I got to go bring all this laundry back into the cabin. So, let’s drop off some laundry and then let’s go out for a little bit before lunch. never ending line of people exiting after Fourth of July weekend. So bad that there was actually somebody up here in the four-way directing traffic. That’s a first time for us. We’ve been here on some busy holidays, but it’s a first time for us to notice a cast member directing traffic. [Music] Good thing we don’t have our six. That was a lot slower. [Music] I found it. We found it. Woohoo! We found it. It’s getting a little hot out here. Yeah. Faith already fell asleep once. We’ve still been hunting for some of the same stuff. Looking in every culvert. Awake now. Oh, you’re awake now. We’re going to wrap it up soon and get some lunch. [Music] One hour later. Where was it? Where was it, Grace? Where was it? Grace is like, “That’s not even that hard.” Really? Took an hour to find. The king can’t get in my room. Are you hungry? Yeah. Are you hot? I want chocolate. Are you ready to go take a break? And I want jelly. Jelly, chocolate, and apple. Wow, that’s quite an order, babe. Her little catnap perked her right up. I bought four drinks. This is jelly. According to Faith, I would like some jelly. Ooh. It’s a caramel apple. I kind of like medium. I just like this. I like it. Next order bagel. We sure do fix some random things for meals around here. I would like some jello. Bradley, you ready to rest in some air conditioning? [Music] I think we lost one. Is it a little chilly in there? Yeah. Yeah. Must have been too hot outside. She needed to sit in the cooler. What’s your riddle? I’m sorry. Okay. So, what do you go on? Okay. What do you go on red and stop hungry? I don’t know, Grace. What? A watermelon. I love it. you eat on red and stuff on green. So, Grace is sitting here at the front door watching because we’ve been hiding things outside over at our flag and on our grill and we’re just waiting to see who comes by and finds them. So, right now we have Fort Wilderness magnet. Let’s go show them. All right. So, right here on the back of the grill, we’ve hidden a magnet. So, now we’re just waiting to see who comes by and finds it. Here we go. We’re going back out to do some more hunting and hiding. cooled off, had lunch, charge the battery of the golf cart. That’s always an important one, too. So, let’s go out. Let’s hide some stuff. You guys all fueled up? You got your drinks? You ready to go? Oh, look. You know where this is? Oh, mom. It’s that boy. It’s the found bracelet. Alexa. Wow. Finding some good finds. Miss Alexa loves some earrings. These are really cute keys. Whoa. Oh, you going to surprise Alexa? If you’re watching this, Alexa, if you’re watching this, you’re you’re going to have new earrings soon. For every day you visit Disney World, right? Yeah. So, since we found those earrings in a spot where I do feel like the boys were looking for it, they were so gracious to say that their mom didn’t want the earrings, so they left them. So, we were in fact able to find the earrings. And with that, we did give them a small little uh stickers and magnet just for being so nice and sharing with us. Um, so that’s always fun, too. We’ve been gifted so many things at different points where people will just give us a surprise at our campsite um or as we’re out and about in the campground itself. All right, break it. We’ve been hiding and hiding and hiding. Who’s having fun? Me. Me. Found it. Yay. Yes. Found it. Why do you love dogs or something? Yeah. You love dogs. Do you love coffee? Yeah. We are running out of stuff to hide. So, we’re going back to restock and on our way. There is somebody near us in a cabin that is doing trivia. So, practicing the bugs like questioning us. Slim Dot Flick Hird the Queen and Princess. That’s quite a few. Good job, guys. All right, we answered some trivia. Mhm. What was your question? What was the cowboy named in Toy Story? And what was your answer? Woody. And you won this question. Woohoo. And the lady was like, “Of course she would get that cuz she has a Toy Story shield.” That’s right. Perfect question for her. And what about you, Grace? Mine was, “What did Aladdin use to get around to fly?” And I said, “Am I anywhere?” Wow. Nick, what’s your favorite Disney character? And you said Mickey. What’ you find? Um, I’m duck. And Faith is off. She wants to go hide. She’s got a squishy. And we’re going to go hide in the playground. Where is she going to land? Where is she going to find? Oh, into the tunnel she goes. Where will she land? Oh, no way. This is mangroves. Marangrow. What? How on earth did we find that? I told you to look at these rocks last night and analyze them. I’ll show you. Joy’s going the right way. [Music] We’ve been hiding a lot of stuff. Look, we go finders in the back, too. I’m trying to find a Squishallow for me, but I don’t know if we’re going to find it, but we’ll figure it out soon. You’re not tired, are you? Yeah. They said, “Take a picture of us.” Everybody say cheese. There you are, Joy. Loop. That was hard. The electrical box with the clue. It’s right up there in the tree. Cool. I want one. Wow. Joey, we actually did find it this time. Who’s having fun? Me. Me. Who’s hungry? What are we going to have for dinner? Um, and chocolate. Chocolate. Here we are back in the cabin getting ready for dinner. Dad’s helping to cook and heard. We’re making mac and cheese, baked beans, hot dogs. You want to see the bathroom? I think we already did a bathroom tour. That was in yesterday’s video. So, check out yesterday’s video if you want to see the bathroom. Come see the bathroom. Come look at the bathroom. In yesterday’s video. Dinner is served. Yum. [Music] Kids favorite meal. Here we have some tie dying. We brought some shirts with us. I’m going to put water into each of these and then let the kids pick out some colors and we’ll make some neat shirts. All right, here’s the tie-dye section. I put my gloves on. I got my picture of water and I’m going to put in water into each of these. [Music] Bug spray. Everybody line up. Woo. This Nessa Siri, you don’t have your bug spray. I need this side. You need more. All right. She’s asking for more. That’s how desperate we are when getting eaten. Okay. All right. What’s this? Wait. Put it into the rainbow. That Why is that pink? How do you want your shirt to look? Pretty. We have one request for pretty. And then you got to pick colors that look good together cuz if you don’t, then you end up with a brown shirt. And who wants a shirt that looks like poop? So, all right. We’ll be back in a little bit. We’re going to let the kids do all their shirts. You know, make them like this. Then we’re going to put some dye on them. Well, it’s raining and we’re trying to do tie dyeing and Where could they ever be? They were here and then they were up there and now we’re hiding underneath here to do tie dying. Hi. Hi. We just finished tie dying. Proof right there. Even with gloves, still got it on me. So, tomorrow we let them sit all night. We’ll go. We’ll wash them and wash them and wash them and wash them. Then we’ll do a big reveal and we’ll see what the shirts look like. First time tie dying for some of these girls. So, let’s see what they look like. On the road again. Here we go. Still find some energy. Why not? Yeah. Or hide something. Yeah. Yeah. So, we’re trying to find an Android. So, how many thumbs up do we give tie dying? Whoa. What about you? Whoa. It’s a little messy. Glad to be here where we could do it outdoors. One. Because it got in my finger. Yeah, she’s permanently colored. She’s like yellowish green, unlike mommy who’s bright blue. Hopefully it disappears before I return to work. Found something. What’ you find? What’ you want to say? Um, and it’s probably high over there. We had fun. We went in there and we looked for a palm tree in the walking path. And I think we found the palm tree, but we were a couple minutes too late. There was a Toy Story cup that was hidden out there. But that’s okay. We tried. We found bubbles last night. You found bubbles in that same area earlier today. Eraser. Cool. Grace. Woohoo. She actually ran. Yay. Grace likes running. It says Starbucks. Hold on. Hi, Alexa. [Applause] See her? Did you see her car? She’s coming. Miss Alexa’s here, you favorite. She’s running away from us. Oh, we got to go find her. Okay. And by while we were out here looking for her, we hit a keychain. It’s a Mickey Mouse keychain. So, I’m gonna post it in a couple minutes. Yeah, Miss Alexa’s here. Do your Miss Alexa dance. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, her feet are going to Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Press the button. Oh, pause, everybody. She pressed the button. That’s normally Bradley’s job. Tiny took it over. Bradley, we’re back at the How’s the potty? Hey, open. That was real quick. It got dark out here. I’m glad. Yeah, at least we got a couple minutes hiding and hunting bingo. You are a bingo winner. And you got a soccer trophy for being a bingo winner. That was awesome. Check out that video. That’s right. Check out that video. Ronald McDonald House. The bingo stuff. Joy. Joy. You spotted a deer. Yeah, we did. We couldn’t get on. He said it was in the dog park. They do like to hide there. Yeah. Joy spotted a ladybug. Where is it? Right there. It’s right by the American flag. Go. Joy spotted. [Music] Yay. Flag. America flag. America. Yeah. All right. We just did something at the front of this loop and I just posted it. It was a Fort Wilderness magnet. Don’t. Shh. Be quiet. Yeah, we can’t tell anybody. Joy likes to scream it out when we hide things, but we like No, I don’t. You do it. Oh, I’m sorry. Let me take that back. Let me try it again. Yeah, that’s what I was going to say. So, Faith likes to scream it out when we hide things, but we should be trying to keep it a secret. See if this video looks better than the iPhone video at nighttime. Supposed to have better low light. I love these decorations. Always on the corner. They make some really good displays. Yeah, the duck is so cute. Love it. Joy, how are we doing? Good. Good. Having lots of fun? Yeah. Everybody awake in the back? Is anybody checking the boat? Well, we were going to go hide something cuz there was nothing out. Hi, guys. [Music] Is she doing a sneakway? Sneak away to the potty. Everybody’s got to go potty. [Music] Mom. Hey, did you get your laundry? [Music] Was there any laundry in there? Oh, okay. Stop. So, what do we have to say about that one? That stinks. Within 10 ft. We were so close. Anyways, we were out looking for a cutting board. 10 ft of it. We were super close. We had already been there earlier in the night. I didn’t know there was a chiropractor on board, but I think there is cuz every time we stop, we hear cracking and popping. [Music] So, it stops. That’s not the birthday sign I was looking for. It’s literally right there. See? What would you guys do without me? I don’t know. We would loop around. You go backwards. Somebody’s fading. She’s going to fall right. I guess he is of a little use cuz that’s not the birthday sign I was looking for. I mean, I’m just saying. Happy birthday. Happy birthday. What do you guys think? Tired. Who’s tired? Raise your hand. I’m tired. I’m tired. I’m tired. I’m tired. Okay. Hi, Bradley. Hi, buddy. Buddy. Hi. Hi. We having so much fun. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You dancing? Oh, dancing. Doing circles. Start on the floor. Hi. Hi, flashlight. Go find your jammies. Flashlight. Hi, Buzz. Are you sleepy, Buzz? Those eyes look tired. Oh, Bradley snuck in for a kiss. Are you sleepy? Oh, no. This one’s whiny. Oh, I thought we had the seven dwarfs. I didn’t know whiny was one of them. Are you dopey? Sleepy. Happy. Grumpy. Night. Night night time. I love you. Where’s your bed? Bluey bed. All right. Crawl in. Jump. No. Jumpy. All right. Night night. I love you. There she is. Hi, Joy. Good night. I love you. Good night. Hope you had fun today. Vloggy. See you tomorrow in the morning. Yeah, day two coming to an end for these kids. Day. We have a mummy in this bed. Leave her alone. Uhuh. There’s a mommy. Here’s a few post and memories from our late night adventures of just Sarah and Alexa. After hours, no kids, just the girls and the golf car. Watch out. There’s definitely some stories to be had there. All right, we found Autism Awareness Land. Woohoo! License plate. Like we’re taking a while. Not that we searched all the culverts in the park already today. That’s the only reason we knew. Well, that was a late night. I think it’s time for bed. It’s almost 2:00 in the morning and we were out looking for things. It was a lot of fun. Lots of memories. Not much found, but we had a good time. The girls are all sleeping in their beds and I’m sure they’ll be up early in the morning. So, good night for now. See you tomorrow. [Music]
