Former gymnast-turned-influencer Livvy Dunne sent a four-word “welcome” message to Kai Trump this week after the aspiring golfer joined her as an equity partner of an energy drinks brand.

The 18-year-old has secured her latest NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnership ahead of playing golf at the University of Miami next year, joining forces with Accelerator Active Energy just months after signing with Dallas-based Leaf Trading Cards, which sells autographed cards for $200 a pack, at the start of this year.

It means Trump, who could become one of the highest paid female athletes ever as a result of her growing NIL stock, will link up with former LSU Tigers star Dunne in her new role, while NFL star Travis Kelce is also an equity partner of the company.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Trump used a presidential-themed announcement to reveal her big news, in which she made a speech at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, telling all “fellow Americans and content creators” that she’s partnered and invested in Accelerator.

“My fellow Americans and content creators. After months of reflection, I made a decision. I’ll be running, no stepping into a new role,” Trump began. “One with great responsibilities and 100% natural caffeine. I’ve partnered with Accelerator. No sugar. No crash. Cheers.”

In the comments section, the official Drink Accelerator account posted: “Welcome to the team, Kai”, while former college gymnastics champion Dunne wrote: “Welcome to the fam!!!”

The energy drink brand earned previous acclaim for launching “The Livvy Fund” with the ex-LSU star to support women’s college athletes, with Dunne helping to choose eight of her then-teammates to become ambassadors of the company.

Accelerator is just one of the 22-year-old’s brand partnerships, however, with Dunne’s popularity during her college days making her a big hit with a number of companies.

That includes Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, who she first modelled for in 2023. Last month, she left jaws on the floor at the brand’s runway show at the W South Beach in Miami after capping off her catwalk performance with an impressive split.

It came just weeks after she became a cover star for the first time, posing for SI Swimsuit in Bermuda for its May 17 edition. Dunne also made waves for her appearance at the 2025 Kentucky Derby, where she was berated for her ‘Riders Up’ call.

Dunne’s graduation this year brought an end to five years with the Tigers women’s gymnastics team. She is yet to officially announce what the next chapter of her life will be but it’s clear to see that modelling and being an influencer have already taken over.

The former college athlete reportedly earned total NIL earnings of $9.5 million from her time at LSU, meaning it’s unlikely she’ll be in too much of a rush to figure out a long-term plan.

Last week, Dunne – who is currently dating MLB All-Star Paul Skenes – revealed how she was left upset after her $1.6 million bid to buy Babe Ruth’s former New York City home was rejected.
