Golf influencer Paige Spiranac has an important announcement to share with her fans this week.
Taking to X on Tuesday, Spiranac announced that she believes she has cured her trouble with shanks.

“Serious life update. I think I have cured my shanks,” she wrote on X.
Spiranac’s fans were certainly glad to hear it. A number of them begged her to elaborate so they can solve their own problems.
“I had em for 2 months once. Went to the range to work it out. My ball striking was so pathetic every club went the same distance. I was half laughing, half crying. Good news…they never came back. Knocking on wood!” one user replied.
“I’m over mine as well. None in the last 3 weeks after having them for two months. Now I just need my confidence back,” wrote another.
“Been there …going through a the valley of sin (I mean shanks) and fixing it makes you even better now ! The feeling is euphoric!”

“When that happens it’s scary. Going through it. But only with my irons.”

As far as the golf she’s been keeping up with this season, the golf major season has been pretty darn good.
First we saw Rory McIlroy win the Masters to achieve his career Grand Slam.
One month later, Scottie Scheffler reminded everyone why he’s consistently been the top golfer in the world with a win at the PGA Championship to secure his third career major.
Then in June, 34-year-old J.J. Spaun came from seemingly out of nowhere to win the U.S. Open for the first major of his golf career too.

Northern Ireland’s Royal Portrush Golf Club will host The Open Championship tomorrow for the first time since 2019 and just the third time since 1951.
We’ll likely hear from Spiranac who the top picks and sleepers to win the fourth and final major of 2025 will be sometime this week.
