Caffeine For Golf Performance??

guys know that before I play a round of golf or a tournament or anything, I need caffeine. And I need caffeine every single day. But especially for performance in sports, I literally do not play without caffeine. It helps my focus. It helps get my energy level up. Should I get Jolly Rancher or this one? The choice is either Jolly Rancher, frozen bombsicle. I feel like I had this one last time. It was very good, but I want to change it up. So, I’m going to get two. I’m going to drink these during my match. I’ve been hooked on them for the past, I don’t know, 4 weeks. I’m always getting C4 at the gas station for caffeine as a pickme up. What’s so great about these is that they don’t crash like any other energy drink or caffeine. You don’t feel that crazy crash after the spike’s gone. Just performance energy. 200 mg of caffeine and it is NSF sports certified. So, athletes all over drink this. And it is perfect for going out playing a golf match and not feeling like it’s going to go right down

That’s a ton of caffeine for a small girl your age. You’re heading down a bad path. Learn to drink a caffeinated tea you can sip during your morning routine and the round. So many chemicals in that stuff. Will destroy your gut eventually.
Love this young ladys content, but 200mg of caffeine is ridiculous for humans, especially young ones, to consume on a daily basis and sometimes more than one, terrible for cardiovascular health. Just say no to this much, and that's nit even considered the rest of the crap chemicals in this junk.
As a lifelong golfer, I don’t think an abundance of caffeine is good. Moderation in just about anything is the best way. I used to feel too nervous if I had extra coffee before a round. But I’m a lightweight in all substances like booze n beer. So whatever this gal decides, I hope it helps her in the long run. She’s a star on the rise!

This is pretty disappointing and her parents or advisors should know better. With that in mind it makes me wonder if she does indeed drink these as she claims in this commercial which is what this is.
Most pros avoid caffeine 3 days before and during the entire week of a tournament. There are other ways. Caffeine will cause all kinds of issues during play.
