This is a golf 101 video. We’re talking about the tea and ground. So, I’m on the tea and ground. This is where we start to play golf from. You will see on the tea and ground some T markers. This is your indicator of where you’re going to play golf from. So, if you want to play within the rules, you have two club lanes where you can play golf from without having a penalty added to your score. If you move outside those two club lanes, you’re going to get a two-stroke penalty. If I were to play golf in front of these T markers, it’s also a two-stroke penalty. So, just to be safe, get into the habit of teeing up just behind your T- markers so you don’t acquire or incur any type of stroke. Add it to your score. It’s a no-brainer.
