[Music] because it could catch on fire. Everyone keeps asking like, “Oh, are you still playing Epson?” We make We make some money. No words. Wait, where are the bag of goodies with no bags? We had to pick We had to literally what 87 cents for a bag, which we weren’t going to do. Yeah. Which is dumb because we’re just going to throw it out. And so this is what we have to put into the car and then into the house and bring into the kitchen. So great. All right, let’s go. Dumb. Everything’s going to go everywhere. [Music] Okay, good. This is what we got. Good morning, everyone. So, we just found out that our tea time is pushed back because there’s a lot of fog outside right now. But no problem. I’m not mad about it at all. I love a good slow morning. And here is Hunter. Hey y’all. She’s making some eggs with cottage cheese. Which cottage cheese? Did you already put it in there? I did. She’s putting cottage cheese in it. I’ve never had this before, but I’m a big fan of cottage cheese, so it makes it fluffier. Okay. So, and you can’t taste it, which I like cuz I don’t like it. You don’t like it? That’s weird. I actually really like it. Like, I’ll eat spoonfuls of it. It’s a texture thing. Fair. Yeah. Um, anyways, I’ll show you guys around our little Airbnb. Here’s the living room that we’ll probably never go in because we have one upstairs. Kitchen. It’s nice. This is like really weird and kind of creepy, like this curtain thing. But look, there’s a massage chair. Hunter and I both sat in it for like an hour. It was pretty fire. And then now you go upstairs and this is where we’re going to be spending all of our time. Look at this cute little living room. Hunter and I were watching Sirens last night. I don’t know if uh anyone is watching that on Netflix. What? Know if you’re on the phone or not. Hi. Say hello. Okay. And then there’s Hunter and I’s bathroom. My room with the bed not made per us. Hunter’s room definitely with the bed not made. And then my bed is made. But Alexis’s bed is made. Not that good. She gets the big She got the big one because she needs a firm bed. Well, I didn’t ask, but they’re set it on my thing. I was like, “Well, that’s so nice.” But I walked in and they were like, “We gave you the firm mattress.” So, yeah, cuz I don’t care and she doesn’t care either. Massive bathroom this morning. Oh, thanks. Look at this massive bathroom. I know. This is like absolutely humongous. You should come in here and get ready, right? Okay. Oh, well. I’m not getting ready yet, though. It’s not really my favorite thing to do, that’s all. Hey, fam. It’s been a minute. I haven’t vlogged at all, but we’re in our practice round right now. We’re on hole 14. We were getting bored, so we’re doing like a nine-point game. I don’t know if you guys have ever played it, but it’s basically just called ninepoint. Oops. Hi. And I I don’t really know how to explain it, but basically it’s with three people only, and it always will add up to nine. So, for instance, on the last hole, Alexis made birdie and Hunter and I made Par. So, the points were five for Alexis and then two for Hunter and two for me. And then you just keep going until the end of the round. But, you know, it’s nice out. The sun’s out. Finally, there’s our shots. We’re having a grand time. Say hi. Sun’s out. Bun’s out. You know, every time I hear sun’s out, I I think about that time in the GM video when you were like, “The sun’s out, so we’re coming out.” Oh my god. I know. And then and then I’m like, “Wait.” And then they come out. Yeah. Yeah. Bye. [Music] All right, we’re about to leave for round two. Hey guys, here’s the usual. There’s Hunter. Alexis is probably on the ground rolling out. Hey, wait, am I late or something? No. Like, if my tea time is at 12:55? Yeah, you have plenty of time. 11:55, right? Yeah. So, I leave at like 11:45. Yeah, that’s that’s an hour after. I’m I’m a whole hour before you. Yeah. 11:45. Yeah, that’s like H. Anyh who, we’re about to go. Um, you know, I am feeling kind of just like a certain type of way about this event. I’m excited, but at the same time, I’m like I don’t know. I’m eager to get it going, get started. Um, there is some weather that could potentially come in around like whole 9 or so. So, hopefully it can hold off, but I don’t know. It probably won’t. Play in my first tournament since February. Kind of see how things go. And it’s honestly nice that it’s not an Epson event because I don’t feel as much pressure because in an Epson event, like especially at this point, I haven’t gotten into a single event. Like, I know everyone keeps asking like, “Oh, are you still playing Epson?” And it’s like, yes, I am, but I haven’t gotten into an event because I played so bad at stage two. So, I just like that this is just an event where I don’t feel as much pressure because I can play well and it’s great. And then if I don’t play well, then it’s like whatever. It just is the way it is. Whereas with an Epson event, you know, like I have I would have to play well and and I would have to make the cut and rank pretty high on the leaderboard in order for me to continue to play a whole entire season. So, this will be nice. Um, excited to just get back into it. I’m happy I’m staying with Hunter and Alexis. We’ve been having a great time. It’s been nice to just be like keep it chill. Um, keep it light-hearted. Tournaments and and pre- tournaments can be a little bit intense and so it’s nice when you have friends to kind of just level you out. So, round one. Peace out. See you guys afterwards. About to tee off on 10. Grains are fast. It’s going to get a little windy, but it should be fine. Hopefully the storms hold off. Wish me luck. We had a literal 15-minute rain delay. I’m heading back out to my hole right now. We’re kind of going pretty quick. The group behind us Oh my gosh, I’m freezing. The group behind us is two holes behind. So, we’re kind of zooming right now. We have no one behind us, no one in front of us. It’s been great. So, we’re kind of just vibing. And four holes left. Finish strong. I’m even, I think. So, yeah, that’s pretty much it. Got a long ride back out to six. I should just walk in front of you while cutting me off. Also, side note, my rangefinder died literally on the very first hole. Uh, and I didn’t have an extra battery. And then another battery that I had from my plane partners didn’t work. [Music] Cart path only. Man, I’m going to lose my chase. I shot even today. Honestly, I I’ll take it. I mean, the wind picked up. There was a weather delay. Things were a little bit crazy, but um I think my hardest thing was the elevation and trying to calculate it with the wind. So, we’re going to do that better tomorrow. All right, we are Wow, why does this lighting look horrendous? We’re cooking dinner right now. We finished round one. Um, it was a good day. I think we kind of would say a similar story. Like, we both shot pretty similar. So, yeah, I shot one over, she shot even. And I don’t know. I just I had a lot of looks a lot of looks at birdie, but like I just couldn’t make the putt. Everything is just like burning edges, slipping out. That’s a good thing though. It is. So maybe I’ll make them tomorrow. Just saving them all for tomorrow. I think you will. I hope so. I just was like nervous in the beginning. So I hit like two fourfooters 5 ft by. Uh I don’t really know what was going on there, but we figured it out. The putting was solid. Hit a few weird shots. Honestly, not even weird. Good shots, just like bad calculations with altitude and wind and whatever. Blah blah blah. But now the most important part. We’re making some pasta. We are refueling. We’re refueling. 700 a.m. tea time tomorrow. Yeah. We’re going to fly, though. Oh, yeah. We’re going to fly. And we’re going to finish and then we’re going to hopefully explore. I don’t know. We’ll see. Okay. We’ll show you guys the finishing touch later. Five and under. Right. little guy. All right, guys. I’m with Hunter. Hi. We are driving to Boulder. We have 45 minutes. We finished golf at literally what? 11:30. Yeah. We teed off at 7:00 a.m. 7:10 a.m. Alexis was like 7:55. Alexis is getting her nails done because we’re going to be on the road for 3 weeks and this is literally the only day that she can do it. So, she’s doing that. Hunter and I are gonna go on a ant on a little adventure to Boulder and I’m excited. I’ve never been to Boulder, but I heard it’s really cool. Pretty much my golf today it was good. I started really really rough. I was two over on the front nine. I literally made two bogeies and they were both three putts and I was probably like 15 feet away on both of them. So that was super fun. Um and then I made three birdies on the back nine. So, we made a comeback. It was good. But all is well. Hopefully, we’re both cozy inside the cut line. We shall see. But I think it’ll be I think we’ll be good. I shanked one today. She did. She comes up to me and she goes, “I shanked one.” And I’m like, “Okay.” But she didn’t tell me. She was like had this crazy lie. Like I just assumed she shanked it from the middle of the fairway. No, like the ball I was in a bunker standing in a bunker and the ball was on the hill. So, I had to like choke down basically on the shaft of a pitching wedge on my approach shot and it goes literally straight right into the hazard. I was like, perfect. Love that for me. I doubled the last hole that hole to shoot two over. I think it’ll be fine. It’s at four over right now. I’m at three over total. Yeah, it’s at four. I shot three over. Alexis didn’t do amazing as well, but you know, we made it through. Hey, we signed up for a tournament that we didn’t have to and we came out here to feel the juices for no reason. So, we won no matter what. I agree. Bingo. Cuz like six months ago, we made some money. We made a cut. We made some money. We made We made our money back. We made our entry back. I wanted to recap my tournament a little bit better because it was so chaotic. We Alexis and I ended up going to Columbus and then Virginia and then Dallas. So we were on the road for 3 weeks. Never recapped anything. Um, so essentially I went 72 71 76 and I would say that the number one thing that I really struggled with was the altitude. I wasn’t as committed and I felt that way especially with wedge shots. I feel like my wedge game is usually pretty solid. Uh, but I didn’t feel that way out there. I think I was picking targets based off of, you know, uncertainty and I didn’t love that. And I I did learn that about myself when it comes to, you know, when you’re dealing with different altitudes and obviously being in Colorado, very different. Um, but yeah, I mean, it was a great learning experience and I’m excited to see what the rest of this summer has in store. As a lot of you guys have seen, I’ve been doing a lot of really exciting things and honestly, I’ve really just enjoyed this time to really figure out what I enjoy and the things that I want to continue to do. Of course, I I get a lot of questions all the time of if I’m still pursuing pro golf, and yes, I am. Um, but like I said in the video, you know, I haven’t gotten into an Epson event, and I’m honestly just taking that as an opportunity to look into other things that I really enjoy that also deal with the game of golf. So, I appreciate your guys’ support through everything and it just really means a lot to me. Stay tuned. And I’m going to be doing some golf matches coming up here soon.
