Remember your family and friends that are here to celebrate with you. But most of all, remember how you feel when you look at one another. And know that the key to happiness is not having what you want, but in wanting what you have, which today is each other. Heat. Heat. [Music] In you, I found a best friend. Someone who accepts me as I am. I know this because you actually laugh at my terrible jokes. You also tolerate my many flaws, my Adidas, as you often say, but you also encourage me to be the best version of myself. You’re the most considerate person I know. You prioritize others over yourself. Whenever we share food, you always make sure that I get the last bite, even though you’re still hungry. I love your kindness towards others and nature. This is one of many examples how wonderful of a person you are. [Applause] [Music] Bach, you are not the man of my dreams because I never could have dreamed of someone who is as funny, patient, kind, supportive, loving lovable and handsome as you. [Music] Every day I can’t help but smile from your random bursts of singing to your excitement seeing our garden grow to your unfailing last minute outfit change whenever we go out. I can go on, but I want to get to the part where we get married. The two of you have met by chance, but you’re here today because you’re making a choice. You both have chosen each other. You’ve chosen to be with someone who enhances you, who makes you think, makes you smile, makes you laugh, makes every day just a little bit brighter. You’re about to make promises to each other that you intend to keep. You’re going to vow to take care of one another, to stand up for one another, to find happiness in the other. There’s a simple premise to each one of these promises. You’re vowing to be there in a real and a genuine way. You’re teaming up and saying to the other, “Every adventure and experience I’m going to have, I want you to be a part of. [Music] and Michelle, you’ve chosen this moment to promise your love to each other as you make one of the most important commitments of your lives, the commitment of your marriage. The essence of which is taking your partner in his or her entirety as a lifelong companion, but really as a best friend. [Music] I have infinite inite regrets in my life. But if given the chance to redo it, I’d relive all of the lows just to be with you again. Now, I know my first word was not a curse, but a prophecy. You are the light of my life. And now I know what it means to be truly happy. [Music] [Music] Heat [Music] Every day you shower me with love. Not only with your sincere words, but also with your actions. I will devote myself to be someone worthy of your love. With that, here are my vows. I can’t control what I do in my dreams. I promise to always cherish you and never take you for granted. No matter what obstacle lies ahead, I promise to never give up on us.
