    Ha! It wasn’t me this year. I learned my lesson the hard way. Right in front of the entrance to the pro shop. Yikes. I know they’ve got a camera there. They politely just put an awareness sign up at my course.

    Is this an issue with certain types of grass? In Aus us we have to just about swim in sunscreen if we’re of European descent and it definitely gets on the grass from time to time; I’ve never seen it hurt the grass here.

    I think a majority of the people who do this do not know it will cause these types of damages. It’s not like they stay there longer than a few minutes at the tee box. With the explosion of golf the past few years, it wouldn’t surprise me that most newer golfers have no knowledge of the harm. I propose the course to have pictures up on their website and proshop and first tee to remind/educate people.
