  1. You should either count hole 19 as one or two… or at least show us if someone makes it. Either way very cool you brought in Matt to play this round

  2. Aside from Matt's hole in one on Hole 9 in this one, Wolf's Hole 9 ace in this one reminds me of Danny's and Steven's downfall against him in a Double Ball challenge (hole 9) a long long time ago on this exact same course when he aced it with his first ball and made a 2 on his other one..

  3. Cool special guest episode but I'm a Wolf fan. Jusay'n who doesn't like to see someone use a hockey grip on a putter yet putt well enough to be a legit contender. Well at least until the wheels fall right TF off. Epic crash & burn brother but tragedy adds drama to the show and…. well that's why we are Wolf fans.🫡

  4. It's a good thing Matt gets to play in the major. The purse will really help him in terms of finances. Poor guy only has a 1 year, $1.1 mill contract according to Spotrac. It's a hard knock life, man.

  5. It’s nice to see someone new beat two guys who has played the course consistently for their Breaking 30 Challenge. Congrats Matt! Better luck next time Steven and Danny. #teambella

  6. The putter looks comically small in Matt's hands. He definitely earned that win. I thought he was hitting them too hard at the beginning but quickly adjusted his game.

Typical game from Wolf – he looks good and then his concentration lapses and he falls apart. When he can focus for all 18 holes, he generally can be competitive and even win.

  7. A buddy of mine who went to Wisconsin Madison is friends with Matt.

From what I’m told Matt is incredibly smart and an overall great guy!

  8. Wolf's pattern:

    1. Good putting and good concentration to start, moves to the front and often in the lead. Looks confident and assured.
    2. For some inexplicable reason, somewhere on the back 9 he decides to hit the ball with too much force and with no direction. This results in a disaster hole.
    3. Wolf, now flustered, overcompensates by hitting it too softly, no longer believing in himself. Another one or two disaster holes ensue and Wolf falls to the back.
    4. Now out of contention, Wolf does not care and actually shoots the last few holes well.

If he just keeps his concentration the entire time, and doesn't randomly decide to knock the snot out of the ball on a hole, he wins or is right there in contention.

  9. To mark his win, Matt should slam Wolf through a fence and into the fountain, metaphorically mimicking the way he mauled Wolf and his aoft lead on the back nine.
