[Music] Okay, my man. So, got a couple of rubber bands and you can stand right here. So, I’m going to take this, attach it below the grip. These are just the two bands that come with a Swing Trainer Gizmo. One’s looped over my through my shoulder over my head and then this is snuggy so it doesn’t come off. But what I have here is an awareness of a push. Fair enough. And then can we keep that radius? Yeah. So, we’re going to, you know, instead of
flinching or, you know, so it’s pushing it in, finding and like I can feel the resistance against my hands and then letting a shot respond off the face. See how there’s still there? You know what I mean? So, yeah. So, take that for a sec. This is a This will be a little snuggy. Okay. So, I’ll just do this with you. Okay,
then I’ll take this guy. Click him here. Cool. Just get it sort of comfy on your shirt. Good. Come on over. Don’t even hit a ball yet. Put your good hands on it. Okay, good. And then unccock it and push down. Now, just make some keep that rubber radius back and through. In fact, do this first. Start at the bottom. Okay. Hold on to the club. Ready? Go this way. Stand up. Good. Okay, so I’m going to back you up a bit just behind this. There’s your target line stick, the red stick. Push. Find your radius and mess up or not. It doesn’t really matter. Just learn how to push a radius. Okay, so now here’s what I saw. He was a little skinny for sure. Okay. But now here’s what I saw. Watch. You’re in a forward flex. You’re keeping a radius, but learn how to push away from the ground. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up.
Oh, okay.
This is how I feel every single shot I hit. I’m never quote staying down ever. Stand up. Okay, good try. Here, I’ll help you. It’s the hardest thing is getting the ball in the right place with the rubber band on the club, right? So, narrow stance. Now, do me a favor. Back away from it 4 in.
Back away from it. Don’t hit the shot. It’s just a practice swing. Okay? And then just keep the radius and stand up. Stand up. That a boy. Stand up. Good. That was nice, Joanne. Way to go. And stand up. Not a boy. Way to go. Hooped it. Okay. So, part of the part of the deal is going, “Hey, I can I can have reliability by finding a radius, pushing something, sustaining it.” Okay.
So, now I’m moving and I start off in a forward bend in golf. And as I hit one, I don’t stay down. And I know all your 15 25 handicap buddies say, “Stay down. Stay down. Stay down.” That’s why they’re 15 25 handicap buddies.
Okay. In fact,
do you will you do you use this on like regular shots? I mean, irons?
Yeah, you can you can put on use on regular shots too just to kind of just to feel the radius
of, you know, pushing away from you rather than pulling. Okay. And so when you see this, like now if I just if I unhook this for a sec, I’ll put it back on you in just a sec. I’ll take it. Okay. So I don’t I’m going to have you stand right there. So now you might see things differently. Okay? Like take a half step to your right. Just perfect. So now like you can’t see it, but I’m flexing that band. You with me?
Mhm.
It’s in. And so the same the flex is in the whole time I’m making this motion. Like that’s still there. And notice how what was forward bent is pushing away from the ground. I can attach that band from your belt to your foot too. So you feel a little bit of a need to extend yourself. All too often too many people are trying to do this. Stay down. Agreed.
Yeah. Don’t come up now.

Can you do drills with your swing trainer in the over the shoulder radius position to show the radius ?
