i am here with Cory Shawn UCLA alum stud golfer currently on the DP World Tour and the Cornfury Tour and we’re here at the Foresight headquarters we had to get a little what’s in the bag going so let’s start with the the Putter right now so the putter I’ve had um about 3 years now it’s been a kind of trusty reliable for me odyssey Tulon from um a few years ago Chicago model nice it’s like a perfect for me like a mid between like a blade and like a double wide a mallet for me wedges here i see you’ve got the latest wedges the Opus yep so 60° with a six bounce i prefer for me like a little bit of a lower bounce wedge because I like it to sit you know kind of lower to the ground and then I see 54 and the 50 are the S grind so kind of more of a standard yeah so 54 um a little bit more balance 12 bounce so that kind of gives me like that variety where you know if I’m like in a soft bunker and I can’t necessarily use like a 60 and like you know chop it out like 54° with some bounce open it up you know kind of gives me a little more distance and bounce out of it and going up to the irons these kind of caught my eye when you were warming up here because these are some really very prettyl looking irons callaway X forged um they’re super soft super nice looking i feel like it’s um the perfect kind of players cavity size so let’s see let’s let’s group into the woods together so let’s start with the big dog everybody wants to know what you’re hitting off the tea callaway Elite Triple Diamond used this you know all year so far and I’ve really enjoyed it i was coming from the AI Smoke um Triple Diamond last year and I feel like this for me looks a little bit better and I guess a golfer that’s like kind of number one thing it’s like if you like how it looks you’re going to probably hit it better just kind of as mental you know golfers we are yeah look good feel good play good and I see you got it paired up with the Ventus TR6X Black just like a really nice um low launch low spin shaft i like a stout shaft um this is pretty much as stout as you’re going to see um I don’t like to feel the shaft kind of moving too much when I transition especially if I were to you know kind of jump on one give it a little bit more extra speed right i feel like if I had a shaft that was you know more responsive I feel like if I swung a little bit harder at it I don’t know what it’s going to do anymore so I feel like with this it’s kind of just one unit for the most part so I can feel like you know there’s no real issues if I hit a different shot with it so the 3-wood we got the three plus and it’s the elite is this uh like just the the standard elite yeah the standard yeah and then you got it at 13 and a half again minus one so same thing kind of trying to dial in launch and spin yeah um same thing i’m a little bit of a spinny player so even with this my spin is still kind of in the right range um I don’t really think of it as you know what loft I play or what the number is it’s just kind of does it hit the kind of gaps you want does it hit the spin you want i mean that’s kind of that’s how you probably want to feel like you’re getting fit into a club and then the fivewood I noticed it is an older model is that something like you just find something that’s really good and hits that that yardage gap kind of that you want and you just hold on to it forever right
